This hotel is in a fantastic location, providing easy access to popular tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom is poorly designed and uncomfortable. The street closest to the hotel is notorious for car break-ins, so people advise against parking there.

I had a very pleasant stay! i was notified about construction work but it didn't bother me. Maybe it was just luck because of the carnival period, i don't know but i liked the room and also the lobby area is very nice. I really appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning and the possibility to get some hot water in the afternoon and evening (i brought my own tea bags) to make some tea. Location is great.

My room was on the street side of a busy street, it didn't really bother me but it's good for people to realize that since the location is super central, it comes with some noise. (not cars but people talking and some music every now and then).

Location was excellent as it sits between both sides of downtown for night outs. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants to either side. Tons of restaurants, bars, some night clubs close by to walk to. Hotel kinda leave you to yourself after you check-in which I appreciated. When I left I relazied there's a bar/food place across from front desk but I don't think it was being used. No need since all that is around the hotel. Room had safe which was easy to use and secure valuables.

Some guests stay making noises late nights but it stops after awhile. Rideshare can't pull up to the hotel but honestly a 1 min walk and you get picked up or dropped off. No bog deal. I used the DUSHI sign for those. No air vent in the bathroom. Can be a problem if multiple people staying in the rooms.

Property is well maintained and clean.

Elevator is a little small and takes a while

The location is perfect. It's really near the center and the bridge Queen Ema (5 min walk). The hotel does not offer breakfast, but they have back coffee for the gests between 7am and 11am. The room was clean and offered much comfort. The shower was good and had hot water.

They told us that there should be black coffee available between 7am and 11am, but at 10:50am on our last day they had already take it out.

The hotel is located right in the center of Willemstad. The reception is open 24 hours. The free WiFi connection is very good. The bed is large and comfortable. There are free tea and coffee in the morning in the reception area.

The building is under renovation and construction works are underway. With no window and no ventilation system, there is an unpleasant smell inside the room. The toilet flushing system does not work properly.

The room was larger than expected, daily housekeeping & that staff was friendly and made my travel experience enjoyable. The location is the best, walking distance from official government offices, police station, restaurants & shopping district.

No access to Iron, Microwave or Mini Fridge

My husband and I vacationed here in September 2024, and the location was great, easy access to shopping, food and transportation via Taxi or Bus. I would recommend the bus as it is cheaper and around $2 Guilder per person. The room was great very clean and great view. Staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. I especially love the white sheets which made the room even more appealing. Will definitely revisit and recommend to anyone. San Marco gives you great value for money, and the price is a lot cheaper✔✔❤❤

Overall not bad, even for overnight, suits to the needs. Very good and safe location, near to everything. Kind and patient receptionists who gave early morning coffee too. (Could be good role models for some many others... who are at the hotels, island-airports and shops, and behave not like this...). Functional room and comfy bed, hot water. They could organize my early morning taxi, actually made me aware that it is better to pre-book if there are bank holidays. Thanks for the great ride, dear @prestigetheartist

-There is hair conditioner for free but no hairdryer. -I agree with the previous commenter about the (lack of) bottled water. It should not be that big investment - neither for hotels nor for airlines to offer such for a minimum price or rather free.

Excellent location, clean surroundings, safe environment, staff were very helpful going beyond their duties. Homely feel to the lobby and relaxed vibe all around.

Slamming doors by other guests, not the hotel's fault.
