We arrived before the check-in time and the reception allowed us to check-in earlier which was very convenient (thank you so much!!!). The hotel is conveniently located in Curaçao's city center with a lot of stores and restaurants around. The room was clean and spacious. Wall socks with USB charging. Tea, coffee and toilet amenities were available in the room. The bed was comfortable. Very good Wi-Fi connection. To get into the park you need to pass by the security and inform that you are an hotel guest. The parking is not private to the hotel but during our stay we always managed to get a spot. Only hotel guests are allowed to leave the car parked overnight. The hotel offers a pool with a beach style with sand and ocean water.

The property was well maintained and very accommodating. It was situated in an ideal location with many shops and activities near by. There was easy access to transportation, most of the time the transportation was readily available and no need to call for one. The staff and treatment was superb, specifically Suli and tiffany, these ladies helped me and accommodated me long before I landed in Curacao. Their attention to detail and providing the best stay for me has been an amazing experience. Our house keepers and and bellmen were very attentive specifically Alexis, they were so helpful the entire stay ! MaryDee and the entire 5’oclock restaurant staff went above and beyond in their service they provided the entire stay, the food, drinks and hospitality could not have been better !!! The overall appearance and condition of this resort is breathtaking and highly recommended for anyone visiting Curacao, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! I surely will be returning.

In the lobby work area there are people sitting that do not stay in the hotel. It seems like a free office for them where they have meetings.

This is our second visit to the hotel and third to the island. Service is excellent, staff everywhere very friendly and go out of their way to make you happy, from the dining room to the ladies who turn over the rooms each day. The older, grey haired doorman who has been there many years is an amazing ambassador to the hotel. He is fantastic. Sorry his name slipped my mind. Always willing to help despite his years, positive, ambassador for the hotel. You should keep him for as long as he wants to stay. Hotel location is perfect, and I wont stay anywhere else but here.

Everything is lovely. Buffet service for breakfast is very expensive, especially with a family of 5.

The Renaissance is run by a very friendly and professional staff, they care. From where it’s based it creates a lot of visual excitement with maritime endeavours from the lagune pool side and being between the cruise arrivals and charm of Willemstad is a great mix. The infitinity pool really allows you to relax and is accessible and you feel welcomed and looked after for bites and refreshments. Lastly they have delicious caribbean benedict breakfast in-house. further, bit rare these days - they play really nice music throughout the hotel, thoughtful curation. kudos for this one

Very little was off, but the light that always turns on by sensor can wake your oartner up unintentionally. bit many sounds towards roadside rooms, but manageable. dj on saturday could okay music a bit lower as it conflicts with the other pleasant music

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Renaissance Wind Creek. My suite was ocean view and it was impeccable and fully stocked with grooming amenities, robes and slippers. The facilities itself was well kept and situated next to riffort mall. However the real highlight of my experience was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. They seemed to really care about the guest. Michenique was my waiter for breakfast and she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and that my dining experience was great. She even taught me a few phrases 🥰

The beach/infinity pool bar area was great but I would suggest revamping the menu as some of the dishes were quite underwhelming and lacked presentation.

The property was beautiful. It was decorated very nicely and very clean. It smells very good and the views of the ocean were beautifully. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The resort had exceptional food and was conveniently located to many great restaurants and the downtown area of wilmestad all in walking distance! If you need a taxi for travel the staff will get one for you no problem.

Perfect location in walking distance to several restaurants & shops next to the Rif Fort and also by Queen Emma bridge where you can walk into the town. Pool/beach of the hotel is amazing and so is the view of the ocean and it’s open 24/7. The staff is very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.

The menu at the pool/beach bar has limited options although what I had was good. My room was island view which I realized was not great as it was next to the street so you hear the noise of the traffic passing by. This was not a big deal as I was out most of the day everyday but if you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy peace and quiet be sure to get a different room.

Well located, near the airport, near the mambo beach, a lot of places to eat a nice food nearby. The pool area is excepcional, the infinity beach has a very very great view of the ocean as well as the mega cruisers that dock at the pier located almost in front of the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like is that the prices the hotel practices is a little bit high, comparing with other great places, mainly the beer. The hotel region also suffers from the same problem, once it seems that almost every place is owned by the hotel. For example, the hotel charges 8 us dollars for a beer while in mambo beach you can pay 6. In comparison, at the supermarket the same beer is less than 2 dollars.

It was a wonderful trip overall. From start to finish it was more than expected. The location is excellent and close to restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and always made sure to ask how our stay has been going. Tiffany and Riangelo were awesome and assisted us to make our trip even better. I would definitely be returning.
