extremely clean, good location, and the apartment was really cute. staff was very quick to respond and help us

only two towels, 1 beach towel, not very much toilet paper or plates & bowls. staff was very attentive and ready to get us more things, but seemed like small things that they could’ve left more of to begin with. washing machine was also not ready for use

Perfekt Spot nice view from Window. Everything needed is in the apartment. All in walking range.

Only Problem was, we were already on the Island and had to go to the airport to get the key. Which was a bit annoying. But friendly Personal and nice apartment made up for it.

Everything about this apartment is perfect. You get a much better deal for your money than you would if you stayed at an all inclusive resort. Spacious with a beautiful view of the city and the ocean.

Spacious beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Willemstad. We enjoyed the view from the balcony especially the moving bridge was very interesting. Loved the design of the flat and the host was very nice and helpful.

You can hear the loud music from the restaurants located downstairs. The bed makes squeaking noises definitely needs to be fixed. 3rd floor (felt like 5 floors) no elevator.

Easy collection of keys from the airport on landing, and quick check in. Amazing location in one of the iconic colourful buildings along the water next to the bridge. Saw the bridge open and close many times which was amazing and was part of the crowd from above for the festivities.

An alarm sounded below at about 3am and it was quite disconcerting as digs were barking and the apartment is alone in the building so we felt a little uneasy.

I appreciate the apartment's excellent location—it's close to everything and offers a pleasant view, especially at sunset.

I had issues with the apartment's main door, often uncooperative and surrounded by dirty laundry. Persistent cockroach presence was also a concern. The overall cleanliness fell short of my high expectations, exacerbated by a consistently unpleasant bathroom odor, possibly indicating plumbing issues. Despite requesting soap, toilet paper, and towel exchange, I only received soap after a delayed response from the property manager. The unexpected arrival of a housekeeper, days later, lacked advance notice. Kitchen amenities were lacking—no paper towels, salt, or pepper. Resting on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights proved challenging due to loud music from nearby restaurants. Additionally, mosquitoes were a nuisance, and extra charges for power overuse led me to limit AC use, resulting in discomfort.

I gave so little points because I wanted your attention Lets start with the good things. The location is excellent , in the center, with a lot of restaurants and shops around and a beautiful few. We really liked it.The apartment inside is pretty good and clean But the company rules really mess things up. It started already that they want a photo from you before check in, then the check in is very late at 3pm. They dont give you the apartment even when it is available , if you want it earlier they charge you 10 US an hour. Which I think is ridiculous because they make already a lot of money with you. Then they come up with a paper which you have to sign that you agree to pay electricity when you spend too much. They not even wanted to tell us, just my wife kept asking for what it is and then finally they said that you have only a certain amount of electricity and when you spend more you have to pay for it. The apartment is very hot, you have to use aircon always when you are in the apartment. So you always go to the meter to check how much you spent. It is not nice. I think that is very bad policy because the apartment is not cheap. With the 120 US cleaning fee, which I think is too much, you spend already over 200 US and then they come up with that. We definitely would not go back there. If all those things dont bother you then the apartment is a good choice
