The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Very good location, close to an area full of restaurants and a lively ambiance at night.

The rooms were a bit small and basic. The staff in general was friendly, but because of one lady at the front desk, I have to say that not everything went well. My sister went to ask a question, and this lady was in a bad mood and answered in a very rude way. Although later she changed her attitude and helped my sister with her query, it shouldn't have happened.

The staff were so friendly and really took care of the guests. I had a broken leg (which I had just gotten that day), and they helped me to my room, assisted me with my crutches, and were available to help me with my luggage. The hotel is also very nice, with a lovely little terrace, an excellent breakfast, and literally adjacent to the train station.

located between the train station and the bus station, but within a 10-20' walk of the old town. Comfortable bed, big TV, well equipped bathroom. Although not overlooking the old town, there is a nice view from the higher floors. Nice little gift and welcome card - we appreciated the thoughtfulness. :)

Mediocre choice of breakfast, several kinds of juice, teas, coffee, but only one kind of cheese and no other vegetables (except tomatoes).

The hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and a great location

Sadly the breakfast was a bit of a let down. There was little out as the poor (lovely and friendly) member of staff was on her own most mornings. The only thing I would change next visit is to skip ordering breakfast as there were so many lovely cafes opposite the hotel (which would have been cheaper)

Everything: polite, friendly and helpful staff, comfort, cleanliness, atmosphere, views, location, breakfast…

Not critical but: AC sometimes self-adjusts to the temp different from the one you set but it was a really minor inconvenience, this hotel is 10/10

The location is Amazing in the city center you don’t need to take transportation to go to the city center. The hotel itself is very nice and has a PAID parking under the hotel very convenient

1- 15 Euro/ day parking 2- Room Service 3 Euro, every time I asked for ice to the room I had to pay 3 euro service fee

This hotel is lovely although we had a mix up regarding our booking and hotel made it clear it was for us to sort out. When cleared up, asked and was happily given, complimentary drinks. Rooms very good

Great location about 10 mins walk into the old town but also very close to the bus station. Although it’s over the train station it’s very quiet. Large and comfortable room.

It’s well located right next to the train station and in the city center, it has all the facilities you would need, including a nice terrace. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms and nice and well kept.

Could not find any fault, would return.

Very big and modern hotel, with spacious rooms and common spaces. Very professional staff (especially Luis). The city center and the Cathedral are at walking distance (20 minutes).

It is a bit anonymous, but this is normal in this kind of hotels.
