Booked a Junior Suite and it was actually two spaces - a bedroom and separate lounge room, so space was good. Bathroom also spacious and very well equipped (eg his-and-hers sinks). Top floor room was very quiet. Location can’t be bettered. Overall, very happy as a base for a couple of nights.

Two things: the total lack of decor in the rooms made it feel very cold and functional - not a single picture, design, anything on the walls so it felt very stark! Also staff were “functional” - no welcome, warmth, chat, just check in and check out. Asked for a couple of things from reception which never turned up.

This is a very central hotel in Oviedo and offers discount on underground parking within a very short walk from the hotel. Between the two is one of the best delicatessens we have ever visited (Confiteria Rialto café), with good coffee and wonderful croissant, cakes and sweets. Oviedo is a small walkable city and everything we wanted to see - including the gardens, the cathedral, and the art museum - was a short walk from the hotel.

Large suite, comfortable bed, good breakfast, complimentary biscuits, great location in old town and near Cathedral. Room service from restaurant across the road.

Shower is in the bath and it was quite slippery the first night. Complimentary water but no bottle opener in room. Quite expensive.

Super location. Check in was good and taxi called in the morning in one minute. We loved the spaciousness and great room. Leaving before 7 a m there is a mini take away breakfast for travelers free. Nice option. Oviedos had lovely squares, the great museum and this hotel os within the circle of all thus including walkable coder restaurants.

Our room had a severe drain smell late at night which I think wasn’t common but a temporary problem.

Good location, good size room, staff pleasant. Only there one night.

Only one person on reception and there was a long wait as she was dealing with someone who obviously had a problem, the member of staff was very professional and pleasant but had no help. View from room was of walls and roof but didn't bother us as we were out all day.

Nice motel, we were there for theThree Kings parade and it was a perfect location. Nice and clean and tidy, very comfortable

I know it was a busy night, but very noisy in above rooms, and some pretty loud street noise from 1-5 am, as there's a nightclub around the corner.

Breakfast was good but not great; same selections every day. Made eggs and omelets not as good as other places. I think showers are a little small for bigger people.

Very good location, near to the center and good restaurants and bars. the room had two ambients so it was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was good but for me not enough variety, good fruits and juices.

We had heavy lugage and to get the hotel and room there were stairs.

Excellent staff. Wonderful location. Nice breakfast. Convenient parking station nearby.

Could hear other guests moving around, wheeling suitcases, talking on the phone and watching TV due to lack of soundproofing. Motion sensor light in hall shone through window whenever activated as no blockout curtain.

Nice location, nice hotel, but I suggest to avoid booking their cheapest rooms!

Initially we booked cheapest option, but cheapest rooms have a view to technical pit (with conditioners, etc.). Fortunately, we were able to upgrade to better room (for 15 Eur extra) and these room were much better, i.e. it was bigger, had street view.
