Everything of this stay, from the minute we arrived until the very last moment when we checked out was PERFECT!!! This will be my official stay when we return to Oviedo, we will be traveling here often as we are scoping things out to buy a property. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we interacted with at hotel were amazing, front desk (all the ladies there), the gentleman at breakfast, housekeeping lady. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, hands down!!!

Great location- very central. Room was spacious and staff were friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the room and they moved us.

Parking is not available, which is annoying. We left our car with friends in a different location. The room was quite warm. There was no coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

The hotel is part of a convention center and when you first see the building, wow, it’s something. Nice folks at front desk. Good sized room and bath. Good beds. Great view of mountains to the south out the window. Some nearby restaurants and cafes, but you have to research.

I don’t think they had a kettle in room. It’s a little far from the bus and train stations, 20-25 mins, so a bit of a haul with a carry-on. Also, about 20 minute walk from pedestrian old town. At first glance, not many nearby restaurants or cafes.

The location is perfect: in the historic part of the town, all institutions that I needed were in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance: University, museums, city centre.

The street is pretty crowded and people loud - especially on weekends. Being on the 5th floor diminished the problem but if you want to keep your window open during the night, ear tabs are very useful.

Very quiet (we like it that way). Spacious room. The parking is close, try to get as far from the entrance as possible, because that gets you to the elevator closest to the hotel. Old town is at the doorstep. Everything is close and accessible. Breakfast is fine.

The location perfect, just a street away to the Oviedo cathedral, near to shopping stores and a few minutes walk to the train and bus station.The staffs are helpful and the breakfast is good, you have everything.

In my over all stay, nothing

The location was excellent! And there were many restaurants and shopping areas close to the hotel.

I didn’t like that the sheets had blood stains and I didn’t notice until the next day. That was a disappointment. I told the front desk and they changed them but that should not have happened. It was unacceptable.

Location is superb. Our room on the top floor is cozy (but not small at all). Good value for such an amazing location.

I’m a light sleeper and I could hear people partying on the street at 2am. Also, there was water dripping in the toilet. The room looks a little tired.

Great location minutes away from cathedral and Gascona section with all its sidrerías (great food at LA NOCEDA). Not too noisy given its central location.
