Clean and spacious apartment in a fantastic location in central Oviedo. Very comfortable beds, great showers and a well equipped kitchen. Friendly staff for check in at Gran Hotel Espana. Highly recommended.

During one night (Saturday) there was very loud music from the next door club. It seemed to be open only on Saturday nights though.

The location was exceptional, the apartment was very clean. And the staff in the front desk of the hotel were super kind.

Two minor complains: the pillows were too hard (although to be honest there were and extra pillow in each room we did not try), and I missed a pasta colander.

Well-located with an AMAZING restaurant right around the corner. Our family of five had plenty of room and enjoyed having two bathrooms although one shower was not working. We would definitely stay here again. Oviedo is art-filled and elegant and this apartment made us feel right at home. So spacious!

The property was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The key collection was quick and easy with very helpful staff. The property is very close to the Cathedral and interesting squares. There are some excellent places to eat near by. It was quiet at night and we slept well.

The shower leaked a bit and we ended up with a wet floor otherwise everything was excellent.

Amazing location close to the Cathedral and easy walking to the sidreria street and other restaurants. The rooms were clearly updated and tasteful. Staff at the hotel where we checked in were very professional and courteous.

Bedrooms were a little small with not enough outlets and not much space to walk around the beds. Not a huge issue for us but just noting.

Comfortable and clean. Fantastic location adjacent to the old town and close to bars and restaurants.

Not really a criticism, just an observation, the apartment felt a bit sterile. Apart from having a fully equipped kitchen, there was no tourist information about the local area.

Checkin was easy and The staff were very helpful. Loved the apartment. Would have liked AC since the music and street noise were loud at night-we had to keep windows closed. Kitchen was well stocked and we liked having a washing machine. The location was very good. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Great location Comfortable apartments with good space and relatively modern fittings.

The bathroom in one of the apartments was quite small. The kitchen sink was blocked but they fixed it very quickly. At night it was a bit noisy as you can hear the loud voices and noises from the street below.

Place looks new and it was clean. Complimentary shower gel included. Great location too, in a quiet area off the main road. Check-in at nearby hotel was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to contact 24hs reception if needed via landline phone within the flat. Our flat had 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another single bed. It was very comfortable for 3 people.

It is in a very center, quite new

Washing machine should have a drier inside . Now after the washing, the clothes must be dried inside. But the apartment are quite dark, so for us it took 2 days until the clothes were dry again
