The value for money in this boutique hotel is exceptional for the cleanliness, comfort and location. Newly done up. I was in a room on 4th floor. The room was cool and a decent size. A table thingy to put your suitcase so you can unpack. Huge wardrobe. Crisp white sheets and duvet cover Everything was within walking distance: restaurants, coffee shop across the road for breakfast, boutiques. A very interesting area to wander around. The pictures really don’t do it justice. I had a small fridge in my room which was unexpected. New modern lift. Highly recommended. Quality and comfort for a very competitive price.

Wifi wasn’t the best. The shower (when I worked out how to turn it on) was great. 8 or so knobs to figure out. Everything else a pleasant surprise.

We had booked 2 rooms but the other 2 guests had to cancel last minute. We could not cancel the room on the app. However, on our arrival, when the owner knew that we would not be using the room, he explored every possibility to refund us. Unfortunately, he could not process the reimbursement. Instead, he offered us to stay any other extra night any other time. We was really not happy about charging us for a room we would not be using. He showed a lot of care for his guests and I am really grateful for this.

He had a great room on the top floor. Unfortunately the wifi connection did not work as well up there.

The hotel is family owned and is pristine (also non-smoking) throughout, with crisp, clean towels and fresh bedding. It’s an excellent location, right in the historical part of Oviedo and close to the lush park and shopping area. The fantastic and stylish Café Solera is just across the road, perfect for breakfast. Also a delicious churros in Robi (a specialty café and tapas bar).

There was a slight initial misunderstanding due to a language barrier, but the owner addressed it immediately and went over and beyond to accommodate me.

It is a very cute, old-school looking hotel. We loved the bathroom. There are window blinds so it can be totally dark in the room for better sleep. Location is perfect, in a nice street in the city center and around 15-20 minutes from the station. Wifi worked perfectly. The staff were very kind.

Sound insulation is pretty bad - you can hear everything from the room next door.

Centrally located in old town so great for sightseeing . Easy check-in and great sized room with large bathroom . Lift access . We found it easy to park for free a little distance away on road .

Excellent location. The room, located on the first floor was a bit small, but ok for one night. Quite night. Friendly staff. Very near car park (to pay!)

Friendly and very helpful staff. Our host happily accommodated our last minute changes (we added an extra person) and our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room also had a nice city view. We would definitely stay here again. Nearby San Francisco Park was very nice.

Room too hot to sleep. Had to keep the window open with loud street noise until 0230 in the morning on Saturday night. Had to turn off the radiator.

This is a real gem of a hostel. The entrance is classily old, with frayed carpets and an old elevator with metal gates and wooden doors! Our room was modern, very comfortable and had a bustling street view, which was very pleasant and acceptably noisy. Excellent value in a beautiful city.

Nice central location in the old town of Oviedo. Clean rooms. The hotel staff met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel.

After we were checked in we never saw any hotel staff again which was a little surprising. We had a question or two and needed to call him.
