A suprisingly great little hotel in the old town, or outskirt. Oviedo is a gorgeous city with friendly ppl. Even some English was spoken. My favourite part about the smaller cities is they don't tend to revert to English immediately when you try to speak soanish. They were very patient with me. The breakfast was ok. I didn't eat anything hot, but I had a good selection of fruit yogurt and fresh orange juice, nice bread and cheese, and baked goods. It's my perfect breakfast. There's also spa services in this little gem hotel. I had a massage, which was relaxing. It's not my thing to be drowned in oil.. It's nice if you like the Swedish style. I prefer deep tussue or thai with no oil however thats not offered, so I knew there wouldn't be much pressure involved. They made it clear from the start. Very nice and professional in general. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are virtually 100s of places to eat really great spanish food from the north. This is a lovely hotel in the old part. Oh, and they have persian block out blinds with excellent aircon. The pillow menu was a nice touch as well

The selection of massages offered. In all, there's not much to not like. I'm a hotel snob, so I didn't rate it as perfect, but take no notice of me. It happens when you travelled all your life for work. Maybe tea and water could be offered complimentary, but in all, it was lovely

Very modern room, clean, beautiful. Very attentive staff. Excellent service of valet parking daily for $15 night, great.

I did not like that toilet room's wall is a tinted opaque glass - you can still see the person inside :(

The location was fantastic and the hotel itself was very nice. On arrival, I gave our car keys to Luis who went and parked in a secure car park for us. He also brought that car back when we were ready to leave. The spa was lovely and reasonably priced.

Whilst the hotel was very beautiful, It wasn't particularly friendly. There was a strange atmosphere. It felt as tho nobody wanted to speak to you. On our trip we stayed in 5 hotels in different cities and this was the only one that didn't feel very friendly.

The location was unbelievable. You couldn't get better. We were right in the centre of Oviedo with everything on our doorstep. The room was lovely, quiet and incredibly clean. The shower was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, in a hotel. We thought the pool in the spa was included but it isn't. It's an extra €20 for an hour. That's probably the only complaint we had! We asked for a kettle in our room and they brought one up with some herbal teas free of charge. There is a minibar in the room with drinks of water and some alcohol that are the same price as you would be charged in a restaurant or bar. The allowed us to check in early and they have a late check out at 12 which was brilliant. They kept our bags in the hotel until 8pm the day we checked out so we didn't have to drag them around the city on our last day. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again. Oviedo is stunning and we have never had such delicious food.

We don't really have much to say here. The hotel was amazing. Maybe just be clearer on booking that the pool is part of the spa and incurs an extra charge. It was a bit misleading.

I would like a little more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness! There is a lack of pleasant music and pleasant smells in the spa aqua zone!

Great location in centre of Oviedo. It was very comfortable, nice decor.

No proper door on the bathroom – why do hotels do this?? Air conditioning didn’t work and room was extremely stuffy. Breakfast was average, not great.

Lovely hotel, but not clear enough that facilities can’t be used by under 16. I had put a filter on for a pool and this came up however it is only a jacuzzi so kids were very disappointed
