Convenient to the bus station and not a long walk to the old town and cathedral. The room was very comfortable.

The check in through video conference was a challenge as the link kept dropping out. Once we could be verified, we got our room access. The person n the video link had good english.

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was very spacious. We left our luggage at the reception before the check in time for free and the hotel took them in our room. It was a detail we appreciated. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. This hotel is opposite the bus station, so it is really easy to arrive if you come by bus or train (the train station is also there). Close to the main street Uria and a 15-20 min walk from the center, where you can have all the monuments, parks and restaurants.

We had reserved a double room, however we had three beds in our room. Not a real problem, but maybe it would be more spacious without it. The room was a bit noisy due to the location, next to a main street and the bus station. It was expected by us so it was not a real problem, however the hotel could improve the sound isolation system.

Clean modern, well-equipped, close to stations and centre.

Noisy family either above or next door. Bouncing a ball, moving furniture around - loud echo sounds. Also, 5am-ish, brief period of hammering. No drink options on site or staff from mid-afternoon.

Almost opposite the bus station. Room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist very helpful.

The children in the playground outside were a little noisy but all was quiet after dark.

Location near the bus station. Great Indian restaurant (Royal Tandoori) nearby. Able to walk to historic section without any problems. Attentive staff.

Wi-Fi didn’t reach the rooms. Have to go down to lobby.

I liked my room and the facilities. very comfortable bed, all clean and I was glad, I had some extra blankets.

It was very quiet and unfortunately the restaurant was closed. there is not much around the hotel. I didn't realize that the station is quiet far from the old city.
