Very nice, clean and tidy hotel. Room was unexpectedly much more spacious than we thought. Little kitchen had almost all necessities. Bathroom was big, had bathtub, shower and bide. Old city center is in 15 min walking distance from the hotel, with plenty of restaurants and pubs to drink and eat. Big supermarket is across the street, and right next to the hotel there is a couple of restaurants, and even a kebab place. Personnel at the reception is very helpful and speaks English.

Keep in mind that parking can be an issue. You can park on the street in the green and blue zone for free only during the weekend, and it is very difficult to find a place. There is an underground parking where guests of the hotel can park for a discounted price (something like 11 Euro/night instead of 13; you need to bring your parking ticket to the hotel reception and get it paid there). This parking garage is under the hotel building but it has the same entrance and exit! We tried to get in and suddenly another car was in our lane getting out. Knives in the kitchen are so dull that it was almost impossible to cut anything. Other than that this place is great.

The hotel is well situated and comfortable. We got a studio room with an internal view that was too small but they could move us to a 1 bedroom the next day for the remaining 9 days of our stay. I like it has a kitchen with mostly all you need to cook (minimal). Staff were very nice and accommodating to our needs. Location was great to walk into the city and to explore mountains and walking/running path. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is old and needs to modernize their infrastructure (heating system, elevators, furniture, etc). I paid for parking underground but the garage was challenging with small spaces that barely fit a small size SUV. There are other parking facilities very near the hotel. The hotel is across the street from a large Mercadona (supermarket) so you can get what you need in there. It also has a big park one block away. It is pet friendly and we had our dog that enjoyed the grass and walks around the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant where you can get a good breakfast in the morning and a menu at noon.

Tight parking spaces, two elevators, one uses the card to go up but the card reader did not work (this is the only elevator that goes to the parking) so you could only get to the ground floor from the parking and then jump on the other elevator or use stairs to get to your floor. Studios are tiny if you are travelling with a lot of luggage or over 2 people and the dog. Keep that in mind.

A good location, close to supermarket, laundry and eateries. The air conditioning was good, bed was comfortable and cooking facilities/fridge were good. The terrace was a nice extra(paid for)

Their were no cleaning materials even though we were expected to leave the apartment in a clean condition. No cleaning wipes, cloths or kitchen towel. The terrace (room 603) needed a clean and the door to the terrace was quite challenging to lock, meaning a security issue. TV reception was poor with picture break-up/freezing.

Clean and Spacious apartment with kitchenette with all cooking utilities and hob. Staff were very attentive. Secure parking underneath the building. Unfortunately, our van was too large to fit, but we found parking on the street after a few laps of the location. There is an app you can use to pay to park €1.80, but it has a 2 hour stay limit, which wasn't a problem as we arrived around 6pm. Location to the city was perfect with supermarkets, restaurants and bars were nearby. We visited in the winter and it was nice and warm in the rooms.

Not a game changer, but there was no kettle to make tea in the apartment (important to the English and Irish :-)) we brought our own, so not a problem and in all fairness we could have used the pots and pans to boil water on the hob.

Very central location nearby the sider street. Really few steps away from the centre. The apartment was very clean and big. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a big supermarket just in front of the hotel where you can find everything. The personnel were very nice and supportive. I would definitely recommend.

Parking was very small but we had a small car on rental, so was not a big problem. Parking price was convenient.

I stay here whenever the price drops due to the month or a slow weekday. But if I were with a family or another person I’d stay here every time. The place is extremely comfortable. The people who run the joint are friendly and professional. What I like best is the ability to cook and the space for what you’re paying. If you’re not into cooking, it’s still great. There is a cafeteria downstairs and the service there is equally friendly and professional. Don’t let the location fool you. Yes you’re near the busier roads on the way in but you don’t know they’re there much and at night, it’s quieter still. And once you exit and make a quick right you’re right near everything and immediately feel that you are in this awesome city of Oviedo Spain.

I didn’t like that I could not stay longer.

We didn’t have breakfast but made our own, kitchen facilities were perfect for a 2 night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view not the best but didn’t really matter, & property position perfect, everything an easy walk away.

The only down side as we saw it was the parking space, underground, which was very tight for today’s big vehicles, difficult to manoeuvre.

Modern ,spacious apartment with separate living room and separate kitchen- lots of wardrobe space. Good location near edge of old town near main route so easy to find and drive there. Secure car park below building..We expected to pay for parking in the city but they give a discount to guests of the hotel. Cafe and bar on site if needed. Friendly staff at reception. City stays are often noisy but they gave us a quieter room and the windows reduced noise of traffic. It was hot whilst we were there and no Air Con. However the staff provided a good quality fan - so problem solved. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quailty of the apartment and the facilites of the building given the reasonable price we paid for a city centre apartment. They even had a laundry service.

The room was huge, a big 160 X 200cm bed. Separate galley kitchen with all we needed for cooking. Big bathroom. The location is rather corporate, on a boulevard, but we found free parking in the white zone just behind and only a short 10 minute walk into the centre. Dog friendly at no extra charge. We got the room at a bargain price with Booking, half the normal rate. A fantastic deal.

Perhaps supply some dish washing liquid and a drying up cloth? No fan or A/C so the room was a bit warm.

The room was large and comfortable. We had our little 4 legged kid with us and they have given us co tact details of a nearby vet which was less than 5min walk away that was surely a plus sign as we needed the vet to get some paper work done to get home. Having parking right underneath you connected to the hotel lift was lovely. It is not bang in the center but at least not too far.

The morning receptionist was quiet cold and looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Could be because it was a feast so don't blame her completely. There was no air conditioning and we had to open the window as it was hot and we could hear the party goers till the early of the morning
