The welcome was very friendly and we really liked our room with very comfortable beds and a view of the hills. The bicycle garage in the basement is excellent; clean, spacious and with a set of tools/track pump for a quick tune up. An excellent hotel for cyclists. Just round the corner is the town's main square with a good selection of cafes and restaurants.

Location right in the centre of Pola de Lena, which is a very industrial little town, but very handy for the Urbiñas natural park, with lovely walking. The tourist office is very helpful. The hotel itself is unpretentious (a good thing!), comfortable room, though bed a bit bouncy for 2, and the water in the shower and hand basin was verrry slow draining. Otherwise all good - efficient air-con, we had one breakfast which was very good - fresh orange coffee and toasted baguette with olive oil and tomato. Dog was welcome and no extra charge!!! The staff were super friendly and sweet.

The slow draining hand basin and shower were a bit of a nuisance... We found parking pretty easy right outside the hotel, but August is a holiday month and many shops/businesses were closed, so it might be a bit more of an issue at other times...

That was a good stay, clean, comfortable.

There was almoast no staff at time ee stayed there, maybe due to off- season (middle of October), they have also caffe on the spot, but they opened it when we were leaving.

The lady at reception was lovely very helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The bed very comfortable

No drink making facilities

We interacted with three different staff members and they were all very helpful and friendly. We are traveling by bicycle and the hotel has tools and a bike stand!

Ideal for the cycle traveller, a big basement cycle store with tools and workstand. Spacious comfortable room, in the middle of the town. Good recommendation for decent inexpensive restaurant just across the street.

I liked the quietness of the room, also I liked the confort and the cleaness of the room. The receptionist was also very friendly.

I only think that the pillows maybe were a bit to big, bot not very.

Room was fairly small but then I didn’t spend much time in it.

This was a cheap, clean , comfortable and friendly "pension" type hotel. For us it was just what we needed after cycling. It's good score is given on that basis. Obviously can't compare the same scoring as for an expensive luxury hotel.

Chose this property due to a closed Hostal/Albergue…. glad I did as there are difficult day on the Salvador Camino and this hotel recharged my batteries. Great price and close to everything you need.

Breakfast was good but could do with more variety.
