I really appreciated the female receptionist. It appears that the restaurant and hotel are owned by the same people. Even though they had a chef, they wouldn’t make me eggs. I don’t understand that. I did have an excellent salad with Asturian cheese that was outstanding. I wouldn’t call it a salad though because there really wasn’t any lettuce but it didn’t matter because the sauce it was placed in was Great! Also, doubt I’ll ever go back but Asturian MILK was the best I’ve ever had, oh my goodness.

It wasn’t particularly clean and there were many things in the room that were broken. Also, the bedding was old with cigarette burns. If I owned the hotel, I’d probably invest in room upgrades and definitely newer, better bedding.

The room itself is great. Staff and adjoining restaurant great. Proximity to train station and shops great.

Because it is so conveniently located near the train station, bars/restaurants, etc. (situated on Oviedo’s most popular street) with the windows open during the summer time, there’s a lot of street noise if your room faces the street. Bus stop right outside. Street sweepers cleaning the street overnight. Close the windows and it deadens a lot of the noise. I would definitely return, but if it was summer, I’d ask for a room not facing the street.

Location near train and bus station. Situated in one of the main roads within walking distance to the centre. Many cafeterias and restaurants around, also they have a restaurant downstairs with nice food. Staff very pleasant. It has a lift.

It needs updating as it’s a bit dated but other than that is good value for money. Bathroom is good and the room is big with outside windows. Tv, hairdryer and basic toiletries available.

Great service always for me at this hotel. I like the 24 hour desk and laid back yet professional front desk people since I started coming here in 2019. For a pilgrim it’s a good place to get organized and the beginning of camino primitivo is clóset to hotel than downtown or cathedral. Take of catedral stuff day before to get easy start to your camino. Place has restraunt attached but i havent estén there to tell you how good it is.

Location was fantastic with proximity to the bus and train station with a large supermarket between them. The route to the Cathedral and old town was a fifteen minute walk which went through the main shopping center. The Tourist Office was about halfway and very helpful. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the staff friendly. It was pleasant having a coffee outside at the cafe next door. The food appeared competitive.

I was quite angry initially as it appeared staff hadn't prepared the room properly in that there was no soap and toiletries, no glass and a virtually blocked sink. Coincidentally I hadn't taken my own toiletries for the first time I can remember as I never usually need them. Everything was sorted but not immediately.

the hotel and my room was very clean. people cleaned it every day without bothering me, I would go out at various times, come back and the bed had been dressed and fresh towels in the bathroom.

there is nothing I didn't like, if I ever go back, it will probably be this place. The staff were very polite and helpful.

It was close to the train station with lots of places to eat within walking distance. The old town was also close by within walking distance. Restaurant on site and coffee shop/bar next door.

The bathroom layout was awkward but for the convenience and price it was not a deal breaker.

The location was great. It's really close to the train and bus stations and at the beginning of the main shopping avenue. 5 minutes away from the historic center The beds were really comfortable. And the room was spacious. .

There was no lock in the bathroom's door.

Very well situated near the bus station and railway station. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was accessible via a small lift. Facilities in the room were good.. The bed was Comfortable and the shower worked well. The room could be heated when required.

The decor of the room was rather dark and would be improved by some pictures.

Everything! The location is perfect! A minute walk from train station and about 8 minutes to bus station. City centre where all main attractions and the bar downstairs very good and handy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and quiet place :)

The beds, they need a change! My back and neck hurts badly afterwards. I think is time.to change them, anyway is a fair price and great location and amenities, just would be nice to get a bit more comfy :)
