The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Very good location, close to an area full of restaurants and a lively ambiance at night.

The rooms were a bit small and basic. The staff in general was friendly, but because of one lady at the front desk, I have to say that not everything went well. My sister went to ask a question, and this lady was in a bad mood and answered in a very rude way. Although later she changed her attitude and helped my sister with her query, it shouldn't have happened.

located between the train station and the bus station, but within a 10-20' walk of the old town. Comfortable bed, big TV, well equipped bathroom. Although not overlooking the old town, there is a nice view from the higher floors. Nice little gift and welcome card - we appreciated the thoughtfulness. :)

Mediocre choice of breakfast, several kinds of juice, teas, coffee, but only one kind of cheese and no other vegetables (except tomatoes).

The hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and a great location

Sadly the breakfast was a bit of a let down. There was little out as the poor (lovely and friendly) member of staff was on her own most mornings. The only thing I would change next visit is to skip ordering breakfast as there were so many lovely cafes opposite the hotel (which would have been cheaper)

The location is Amazing in the city center you don’t need to take transportation to go to the city center. The hotel itself is very nice and has a PAID parking under the hotel very convenient

1- 15 Euro/ day parking 2- Room Service 3 Euro, every time I asked for ice to the room I had to pay 3 euro service fee

Great location about 10 mins walk into the old town but also very close to the bus station. Although it’s over the train station it’s very quiet. Large and comfortable room.

It’s well located right next to the train station and in the city center, it has all the facilities you would need, including a nice terrace. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms and nice and well kept.

Could not find any fault, would return.

Clean comfy

Could do with a coffee machine in the room. We went to reception to ask if we could pay for a coffee from the breakfast bar but they would not allow it which was annoying. Also some wires from the hairdryer plug were exposed. We were overlooking the train station and at night they are doing works which was super noisy and kept us awake.

Very big and modern hotel, with spacious rooms and common spaces. Very professional staff (especially Luis). The city center and the Cathedral are at walking distance (20 minutes).

It is a bit anonymous, but this is normal in this kind of hotels.

Although quality of food at breakfast was good, variety was limited in terms of cereal and hot food. Only coffee machine coffee available. Room a little cramped with three beds

Modern hotel. good position close to the historical city center, good for both business and leisure. Rooms are clean and so the bathroom. Parking with direct access to the lobby.

I found the scrambled eggs at breakfast too "dry", as they were there for an hour or more since the time they were prepared.
