We were a family of four - two adults and two young children (7 and 5 years old). This hotel was simply fabulous - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed (for example, when our children were unable to stay up late enough for dinner, the hotel kindly sent a takeaway box of tartiflette to our room so that we could put the children to bed before dinner). The rooms were immaculate and the facilities were great. We will definitely be returning.

Nothing. Everything was great. Location is a tiny bit far from the main lifts with children, but that is probably unavoidable and we made it work - the children enjoyed the ski down the hill to the lifts in the morning.

We particularly liked the location and ski related facilities, the friendliness of the personnel and the meals at the restaurant.

We experienced a lot of organisational problems, like waiting time in the restaurant, waiting for the room to be ready upon arrival, systematically missing dishes among those offered for breakfast, et al. Also, quality of duvets/pillows as well as some room features were not of 5 star hotel standard.

Breakfast was good and varied. Location of hotel was excellent for skiing etc. Staff were patient and helpful. Half board food options were of high quality generally.

The hotel parking charge was excessively high. Wine charges were excessively high. The availability of relevant information on hotel services etc was not easy to access. A central guest manual would have been helpful.

Everything. Amazing location, the best service from all staff, gorgeous food, great spacious suite. I cannot say enough good things about this traditional style French hotel. It felt so personal and comfortable throughout our stay.

The bedroom was big, the food was very good, the staff was fantastic, very kind, well trained and always helpful for the guests. Location is good for skiing in/out, just by the "almes" slope.

The building deco is a bit outdated and could get a renovation.

Staff were so helpful and great location. We stayed half board and the food was beautiful. Plenty of toiletries, towels and the room was cleaned and topped up twice a day.

Right on the slopes. Free shuttle around town. Arranged pick up from train at Bourg St Maurice $120 Eu each way 40 min drive. Food great. We had 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner. 3 different restaurants around village. Staff very nice and super helpful

Location is perfect - ski in and out. The suite itself was excellent, very spacious with 2 beds and bathrooms and housekeeping were great.

Dinner was good but eating in the same restaurant every night was a bit much. atmosphere was a bit lacking in the bar.

Its just a fantastic location first off! Ski in and out and short walk to town. The hotel is very clean and all the cleaning staff are lovely and polite l too. Plenty of fresh towels and dressing gowns, and always lots of bathroom products! The complex has a few restaurants but we only ate in the suites restaurant which was very very good. If you are a foodie you won’t be disappointed!! All the staff who work there are the most polite, friendly and helpful I have ever met! Nothing was too much to ask at all. Ski hire in hotel is amazing too - such lovely staff and skis and boots etc were really good quality. Sauna in room a lovely surprise!!

If I was being super picky I would say the rooms could do with a revamp. They look a little tired but love the decor on the whole as really suits the place. Also our room was boiling all the time!! Reception did turn it down for us though!!
