The location of Le Roi in Haridwar is fantastic, especially with its close proximity to the train station and main attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with modern amenities. The dining staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us pack extra food for our 3-year-old daughter to eat in the room, as she wasn’t very restaurant-friendly. This thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The bathrooms were a bit smaller than expected, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, a bit more variety on the dining menu would be appreciated to enhance the dining experience.

The location is right next to railway station which is superb as we don't have to look for cabs and other means of transport. Also, there is a food court just below the hotel which provides a lot of good options. The room was very big and clean and the bed was comfortable.

I found the bathroom a bit cramped. It should have been at least a little bigger. It might be the case with my room only but the Hot Water was not working.

Location of the property is excellent, close to all food/shopping streets and not too far from the Har Ki Pauri (5-10mins in Rikshaw or 30mins walk). You are on the grounds of the Train Station, which means it’s always lively and feel safe as Police are always present with police station at the rear of the hotel. There are 2 different ATM machines right outside the hotel for convenience. Also new Dominos restaurant is opening very soon within hotel premises, which will be open to public. Lots of restaurants and street food opposite hotel and walking distance. Reception very clean with modern looks. Rooms were clean and ok for our needs as we spent most of the time away from the hotel but staff were always present to help if needed. Complimentary Tea/coffee making facilities in communal area where self service Irons were present as well. You can get more luxury hotels in Haridwar but then they are much further from Har Ki Pauri. Overall very good hotel, which made our visit to Haridwar easy.

Nothing much to not like about the property.

The hotel is right at a food court and at the railway station. The room looked like in the pictures, was clean and spacious. Really nice and helpful personel. I recommend this Hotel, but it definitely feels like a luxurious place.

The ony negative I might have was, that initially we paid ~2000INR a night and when we extended our stay they doubled the rate to ~4000INR a night. Might have been an availability thing, but double the price seemed a bit too much.

Location is very convenient and they provided early check-in once we reached. Staff is very generous and always smiling.. They did the warm welcome. Room size was perfect and specious enough to accommodate 4 of us.. Green initiative by providing Tea and Coffee at the central location..

Water logging was there in the washroom due to incorrect slope.

Great modern large hotel that was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for a one night stay as we had to catch an early train to Delhi the next day. The property is right next door to the station so very convenient. Also good like street stall and restaurant right across the road. Check in staff were very friendly. Excellent price and very decent bathroom.

Providing another blanket for the cold of winter as India doesn’t really do heating

Self help arrangement for tea and coffee in the corridor. Me and my wife are old people 75+. The employee Sh. Kuldeep, who helped us check-in and attended us, on all 3 days of our stay.

Great central location right next to the train station(we had a train next day), cold and hot water in the cooler on each floor, cleanliness of the space

Being next to the train station there is unavoidable noise that comes with it which has nothing to do with the property just being aware of and getting earplugs

Restaurant manager was so attentive. He noticed we didn't like spicy food and offered us non spicy dinner options.

It was not as dirty as other places weve been to, but the floor could be cleaner, as well as the trash bins.
