It's very modern and clean. Good shower stream. We liked this hotel a lot. Nice breakfast. I really appreciated serano ham and cheese for breakfast. We liked that we could use our preferred butter (President) for toast. Great coffee machine and pastries. A good size LG TV in the room with many channels, a balcony for the fresh air. A bit of guidance for others: If you don't have a hire car, we advise you to purchase a pack of 10 tickets for €13-14 to commute within Barcelona and Castelldefels. Be careful with renfe trains and don't take the wrong one as you might end up in Torredemar instead of Castelldefels. Please note that you can't use these tickets to commute to and from the airport. To enter the premises, use the code that you receive after check in. There are two gates: one of them can be used for cars. Breakfast is 7-10:30 AM White liquid in the shower room is shower gel, yellow - shampoo. WiFi code on the doors inside. If your flight is at night, there is a bus stop 4mins walk to get to Barcelona El Prat airport, only costs €2,65.

Got a bit frustrated when paying tourist tax through the link and the first payment went through but wasn't approved. The receptionist sorted the refund for the second payment though, thumbs up for him. A hot option for breakfast would be appreciated. The kettle in the room would be nice.

Clean, simple but everything we needed! The rooms were comfortable and there was good aircon! Our room was cleaned every day which was an unexpected surprise! There was great choice for breakfast and which was a continental style. The pool was great and very necessary during the sweltering heat. There were staff there until 11 and they even booked us a taxi to the airport early in the morning! Very helpful!

There were vending machines but we would have loved a place to get coffee! Some staff were more friendly than others! 20 minute walk to the train!

Genuinely this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I was a little concerned when I received an email explaining Reception shut at 6pm. However communication from the hotel was great. The link to verify my identity and my guest worked seamlessly. We were given a code together with our room number and when we arrived at the hotel it all worked without a hitch. The room could be opened either from the code or from the link on the phone. Amazing. On entering the hotel I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness. The room was also spotless. It was well designed with comfortable beds. The shower room was well designed too and the shower had some power and again the whole bathroom was super clean. Breakfast the following day was great too. Loads of choice from cereals, meats and cheeses, croissants and various breads, cakes. Not to mention the great coffee. You could eat outside overlooking the pool or in the dining area. Although I didn’t use the pool it looked great and certainly was at a good temperature. Would I recommend it - absolutely yes! 22 euro from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood.

The number was nice, clean. They cleaned every day, changed towels, bed line. Breakfast was the same every day: 3 types of salami sausage, ham, 2 types of cheese, yogurt, muesli, croissants, tomatoes, apples, bananas, oranges, juice, tea, coffee. This is a good breakfast for people who live in a hotel for 1-2 days. We lived for 12 days and wanted something else. The pool is clean. 15 minutes to the sea.

the beds were small enough. I have a height of 170 cm and the bed was normal for me. But the son is 185 cm tall and his legs were outside the bed while sleeping. It was necessary to connect the beds so that it was also convenient for my son to sleep.

Everything super new and clean, staff was lovely, good location, not so far from the beach, close to supermarket and good restaurants, walking distance to the train station as well (15 min)

the water from the sink falls towards you, it can wet your clothes. Pillows are not exactly comfortable and the minifridge in the room doesn’t cool down anything. They could invest in some ‘do not disturb’ signs for the doors

The pool, staff friendliness, nice room, plus about keycodes that avoid the use of traditional and oldschool key cards. We did receive two key cards but after the first use only used the code. Additionally we enjoyed the possibility to use smart tv features during our stay.

If I have to think of something negative to say, a proper deep clean of the rooms once in a while to clean spots from suitcases from the walls etc. could elevate the satisfaction of the stay.

Clean room and pool area. Quite a remote area to stay but still within walking distance of beach, not loads around immediate area of hotel. Breakfast / outside area not always cleaned promptly and so attracted a lot of wasps.

The hotel and room were very clean indeed with tiled floors throughout. The shower and the air conditioning were superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was the same every day, everything was fresh and well-presented with enough choice. The bread was lovely.

There was a bit of noise from the C31 road which was nearby, but not excessive.

Very clean and safe area to stay. We found it easy to walk to the grocery store for wine and there are restaurants nearby. We did have a fridge, but really didn't use it. The bus will take you to the train which goes to downtown Barcelona, or you can walk to the train station. We did that, it is about 1 kilometer. Also at that point is a larger downtown area lots if shops, restaurants a church and the usual things found in that type of area, English is spoken in most places here, smiles work if not. The hotel was very nice, comfortable with a nice balcony. View of the pool and a small patio area. The staff here are excellent, I would stay again, it is not in downtown Barcelona, but I didn't want to go there this time.

The location and value for money were the best. In addition, the whole place is very beautiful and we enjoyed staying there. Totally recommend Hotel C31. We combined going to the beach and to Barcelona.

1. The breakfast was pretty poor and I was surprised that there was no tea. 2. The cleaning lady was doing a good job but she accidentally throw away my friend’s bottles for the shower.
