Nice room with the stunning view (one of the best we've ever had) and a nice spacious balcony. The hotel also has lockers next to the ski lift where you can leave your ski and a separate room for the boots. Also super close to the lift itself, so very convenient for skiing holiday.

Breakfast was the same every day and no veggies. Perhaps it's not common to have a tomato or cucumber for the breakfast in Switzerland, but we would have appreciated it.

breathtaking view from the terrace, cosy design in the room, creative checkin in the offseason, very good value for money, friendly staff at checkout

bathroom is a bit wore down, some black mold spots. to two single beds put together are on wheels, so they move around while you are trying to sleep. breakfast is very basic at the substitue restaurant in off season

The chalet is charming and very well kept. The view from the top is stunning! Rooms are big and comfortable, big plus for the bathroom, really big. We've been on the off season so the value is incredible!

It's just a little far out from Sion and very uphilll, other than that it has everything! The breakfast was a little bit scarce, but we arrive just 30 minutes before closing so not really a complain.

Super close to ski lift, restaurant with nice food (we ate dinner and breakfast, both great). Really good value for money!

Pillows were too high, not really comfortable for me. As I stayed only one night I didn’t ask for exchange, however I am quite confident that the nice personel could help to solve this problem

Great location opposite the gondola lift, decent room sizes and fantastic valley views. Not as easy to get to as places like nearby Nendaz, fewer bus frequency up from Sion. Good breakfast choice, minor issues with trying to operate a toaster and the boiled egg machine. Ran out of hot chocolate one morning (supplied in sachets with hot milk) and always seemed to run out of the large mugs. Only provide a quite expensive buffet the evening, so had to go out, only really 3 restaurants in the resort, but all welcoming.

Lovely room, spacious, the view is out of this world, the hotel has everything you need, and breakfast was great.

There was no one working after 6PM, so if you need anything you have to figure it out yourself. The parking is paid, and it was not advised anywhere when we arrived. Plus the bathroom curtain could be a box instead, it’s not very clean.

Very nice welcome, good value for money, location next to cable car, breakfast, nice and clean room

parking is expensive and no free parking around, can be a problem for a longer stay, bathroom a little bit old but clean, Italian restaurant is ok, maybe need to have more local dishes

Rooms are not too big but have a bit of TV, comfortable beds, enough storage space, and a bathroom with some extra space. The view will depend on the room - the valley view is excellent (I recommend it). The hotel offers breakfast (good and quick) with all the basics (bread, pastry, scrumble eggs, musli, pastry, coffee, etc.). You can also have a buffet dinner (a bit too expensive, I think - 80+ CHF for 1 adult + 1 kid). You can walk to the other hotel, same network, and have a cheaper al-a-carte dinner (~50 CHF - at least it was our experience). There are also some grocery stores ~10 min walk from the hotel. There is also underground public parking, which is excellent, big, and reasonably priced.

The ski room was a bit small and busy in the morning (there are also some options with ski lockers closer to the slope), but except for that, all was good.

The hotel is in a perfect location, if you ask me. it is very close to the gondola lift. What we really liked was that the hotel had a room for our ski boots to dry in, plus a locker directly at the lift for our skis so we didn’t have to keep carrying them. We didn’t opt for breakfast for the whole family because of the price (it’s on par with a Swiss hotel, but our kids eat so little that it wouldn’t have been worth it) but when my husband and I did on the last day, we really liked it. an earlier review said they had no fruit (which is very important to me) but when we went there was quite a lot of fruit! So I was very happy about that. also eggs, bacon, pancakes, Müsli - everything you could want at a breakfast. For the kids, we would walk to the bakery down the street and get some croissants. in fact, there are enough restaurants and a grocery store around so you always have options. The rooms were cleaned every day, and if you ask me, the cleaning was really well done. It made us feel really good coming back from a long day of skiing to a fresh tidy room. I love that this hotel retains those values for cleanliness.

I can’t find very much to criticize except for one thing - we did book the sauna/jacuzzi for an hour but the entire hour there was a woman with four little kids in the jacuzzi. I suppose there could be an age limit for kids. my kids love jacuzzis too, but I would never do this, knowing that it would likely bother other guests paying for the time.

The breakfast was good as was the restaurant in the evening. Nice area to sit and relax and enjoy the view across the valley. Adjacent to the gondola so very quick to access.

Town was very quiet in the evening.
