Super quiet, big rooms, very clean with a good breakfast and a walking distance from the train station. Good Indian restaurant nearby.

Was quite far from our starting point of the TMB and required an expensive taxi ride since we travelled without a car. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed at the hotel.

Beautiful large room and a massive bathroom. We only came across this hotel by chance and are really glad we did. They provided secure storage for our two bicycles. The breakfast was great as well. There was a fan in the room to help with the unseasonal warm weather, and the large windows let alot of cool air in. The host are absolutely fab, this is a 'must' place to stay if you are in the area.

Not a thing, it was absolutely perfect.

I wish we had longer to spend here. We were just passing through and weren't in time for dinner but the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable, large and airy with great views and all the amenities we needed. We were incredibly well looked after and my own highlight was sitting in the beautiful covered garden area with a glass of wine after a long day. A perfect stay!

Warm welcome and a relaxed, non-stuffy atmosphere. It became clear that every aspect had been carefully considered, from the decor, the background music in the dining room, the beautifully decorated eggs for breakfast (a nice touch) to the impeccable presentation of the gourmet meal. The presentation was matched by the flavours - an outstanding, truly memorable meal.

This place had been highly evaluated by travellers at various global travel-review websites. Not only were their ratings right, but honestly the reality exceeded them. It is worth visiting this small Swiss town of Vernayaz just to enjoy the high hospitality and wonderful dishes of this hotel and restaurant.

Very friendly host, we felt right at home. The dinner is outstanding and that alone is worth the stay! The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Th gourmet dinner is a bit pricey, but this is Switzerland after all.

The room we had was clean, nice and big with a giant bathroom.

The place is clearly first and foremost geared towards gastronomy and the rooms are there to accommodate the restaurant guests. So, you feel a little out of place when you step in later at night, not having to have dinner. You literally 'step in' to the restaurant facility, so everyone is watching and you kind of escape to your room. When trying to find the place in the dark at night, the navigation system routed us unto a labyrint of very small roads and streets. Nothing to blame the place, but visitors might want to study the maps at home first.

The food was amazing!!! Such a lovely little place with the most personal touch. A real treasure.
