The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two rooms that I occupied during my stay were cosy, clean with very nice quality of bed linen and towels. The rooms were not too spacious and did not have a small desk for a laptop. By luck, there were other cosy corners in the chalet to sit down and do some work. The highlight was the small, absolutely cute Spa!

The breakfast table and menu was very rich. However, for someone who stays more than 3 days, it becomes very repetitive. It would not hurt to add a little bit more fresh vegetables/salads and vary them ...

Great location, right in the middle of Verbier and within easy walking distance to all the amenities in town. Room was large with great views and very clean, though perhaps starting to look a touch outdated. The bar and reception areas were great, loved the decor and the feel of the place. The spa was good, but despite requiring you to book, was quite busy while we were there. Verbier as a summer holiday destination was great. Lots of things to do and a good range of places to eat and drink. Overall a really great stay - staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was great and Verbier was a fantastic town.

The weather was pretty warm while we were there (coming from a cold UK!) and even with all the windows and doors in the room open it was difficult to sleep properly. A fan or aircon would have been great to have in the room. The drains on the balcony were also a bit smelly, again due to the weather, which didn't encourage it's use unfortunately.

The hotel was located close to the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel had a complimentary spa access which provided access to a steam room, jacuzzi, dry sauna and cold plunge. The hotel also had a ski storage area for equipment. The lounge was an added benefit offering cocktails from 6pm to 11:30pm.

The only small inconvenience was the renovated shower in the room. It was new and beautiful but a bit small and water did not stay inside the shower.

Stylish hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help us with information and reservations during our stay. The location was unbeatable: right in the city center of Verbier, close to restaurants, shops and the cable car.

Breakfast was OK, but I was expecting more variety of food choices given the profile of the hotel. The bathroom lacked enough bathroom shelves. Lack of free parking spaces.

Hotel is well placed in the centre of Verbier. Spacious and well-equipped room. Good options for breakfast. Hotel opened the restaurant for breakfast an hour earlier than normal for a Sunday to cater for the runners in the Verbier Marathon. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Room was very quiet with no noise heard from neighbouring rooms.

TV was fine but a little smaller than I would have expected for a room of that size. Hotel was a little expensive though, but Verbier is expensive regardless.

Liked everything , excellent hotel, we normally stay up the road but will definitely be coming back , everything was good quality , good choice of breakfast, very nice massage /sauna, and excellent staff! The shuttle bus to the slopes is an excellent bonus up the hill to The lift . I have been coming to Verbier for over 20 years and this will now become my 1st choice of hotels .

Nothing not to like

Central position, car park. Personalised welcome. Pleasant décor, very friendly and serviable staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds, good linen and towels. Coffee maker and kettle, well stocked mini-bar. Nice small spa. Good breakfast, all the usual, plus homemade cakes. Tourist office nearby, good advice. Had a delicious meal at l'Ecurie.

Had a room overlooking the street so some traffic noise. Balcony and good view to compensate. No air-conditioning (fan available)

I love the decor and the staff is amazing. Jennifer at the front desk was so kind and helpful. And the drivers that will take you to the slopes are absolutely charming and when you call them they are there within five minutes. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Verbier. Love the gorgeous. bathrooms, comfy beds and balcony rooms.

I think breakfast could be improved upon with a little more variety. And I don’t understand why they charge SFr.16 extra for avocado toast when breakfast is included in the room rate.

An excellent experience from the moment I entered the hotel. A very French-style interior, with jazz playing on the little satellite radio in the room.(it was refreshing after staying in other hotel rooms that felt so generic) Great breakfast spread and very friendly hospitable staff. When in Verbier, here's where you should stay!

I enjoyed everything about both the facility and the services offered. The point I appreciated most was the kindness and great willingness of the staff to meet our requests. It may sound trivial but it is hard to find a facility that is so flexible and ready to meet the needs of its clients.
