A very short walk into town which was helpful. Breakfast was in the indian restaurant attached and perfectly adequate. a great pitstop on a motorcycle tour. Met our requirements perfectly.

My problem and need to get over it but, didn't like the check-in / reception process. Greeted by a virtual receptionist who was clearly working from home. Greeted by someone on a screen in the motel foyer. There was a bank of printers on tables there together with a bank of key safes on the wall to release the keys. It was just odd and not experienced this before. On reflection it did work well but it seems receptionist will become a thing of the past. Two guys travelling together we needed to separate two adjoined single beds. On separating the beds it was clear they had not been cleaned underneath FOR SOME TIME!

The room was basic but clean, with no real view considering where it's located. The area looked a bit sketchy on arrival, but all was fine - it's just a bit out of town, and borders a sports ground, so was deserted late at night.

I didn't like the virtual receptionist - it was all a bit surreal to turn up late in the evening and be greeted by someone on the other end of a video link - welcome to the future no doubt..

Excellent location in between the convention center and city center, so everything is a short walk away. The room and bed was very comfortable so I definitely had a nice stay. Check-in and check-out process (talking with a remote/off-site person in video) was a first time for me, but I found it very easy and worry-free.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to store our bikes in a safe location overnight. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the centre where there are many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the English speaking tv channels.

There were no USB sockets to recharge phones etc. Luckily, we brought our own plug adaptor.

3 minutes walk in to Martigny town centre, Parking on the premises, breakfast in the restaurant attached to the motel.

Reception was via a TV screen and camera, unusual, but worked perfectly well.

We were there as a couple and asked for a double bed, but instead it was two single beds.

parking facilities were ok, the bed was also alright. The staff was very helpful. Nothing really wow, but it's a fair price for decent features.

No A/C, only a fan that wasn't really helping with the temperatures. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price. The lock was also a bit difficult (but operational). It is located just next to the swimming pool, so if that can be an advantage, it can get very loud.

Super close to the city center, the rooms were clean and in a silent area. The staff was very helpful in providing a room accessible with the stroller and always ready with warm milk for my LO.

the motel was easy to find and was nice clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and we had a very nice meal which was also good value. Unfortunately for us the boiler had broken down so there was no hot water. However it would not put us off staying there again in future (so long as the boiler is fixed!)

The neighborhood was calm and the room was neat. The online reception worked fine.

There was no cup in the room.
