The best 5 star hotel in Verbier by far. The staff were not only quick and efficient they were most gracious. The food in BO gourmet restaurant was excellent, the best bread I have eaten in a long time. The pool was surprising; fun but not good for laps.

Room service was a bit overwhelmed; they did not answer my calls. The tray came with missing items. Nevertheless the food was good.

W Verbier hotel is really a gem of a place. Warmest authentic hospitality , excellent service, very attentive, professional and kind people who work there. Can’t tell how I appreciated it.. My “Wow” room on the 6th floor is just something out of reality) style , design, comfort, space … view! Thank you so so much for this amazing experience. ( breakfast - excellent!)

Everything is fantastic

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed. Stunning viewes, fanrasric spa and swming pull. Excallent breakfast.

If I have to be really picky, I would wish a bit more efficiency for the reception, but we still had a truly fantastic stay.

Delicious breakfast, full of healthy choices. A lot of facilities in the hotel for apres-ski, cool bar, good kids free swimming pool and spa area, good size rooms

Parking is EUR60 per day, if you go a little further, you can park for free in public areas

A breathtaking W in Verbier! One of a kind property comprised of different chalets... The rooms are amazing with a great view from the upper levels... Conveniently located in the centre of Verbier with easy access to hikes, trails, etc. The staff were very courteous and the porter Louis drove us to a scenic spot for photos! Overall, a great W property and good vacation but the rooms are pricey in high season. There's a 10% discount for Marriott Bonvoy members which comes in handy for drinks or dining in the hotel.

We travelled in low season so only 2 of the 5 restaurants were open... The mountain concierge was also closed. Considering, the prices in low-season are pretty high, the hotel should keep it's services open for the guests.

Everything, breakfast was brilliant. We didn’t use the hotel for dinner, preferring to eat out. But everything at the W was faultless and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all particularly good.

The milk in the room - it was small sachets of cream. We are English and like our tea. Minor detail etc

The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily take the lifts to do hikes and walk in the city center. We really enjoyed the Spa, the view and the food! Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home.

Hotel served amazing breakfast with good variety. Hotel location superb right opposite main cable car, and able to ski almost in to the boot room! Very helpful staff generally throughout the hotel, but particularly in the ski room, helping one to get ready by getting out boots and skis in the morning and putting them away at the end of the day! The spacious spa was also a real treat after a hard day on the pistes, with large saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, in/out pool and relaxation loungers.

The size of the rooms were a little small, and a rather confusing smart lighting system, but we got the hang of it. Rooms were not serviced until too late in the day, so hadn't been done when we came back at 3pm and wanted to relax, and then had staff knocking on the door continuously.

Ski to the hotel, 100m from the lift (same to get from La Chable train station and to go to skiing slopes), apres-ski area at the edge of the slope with beer, champagne and DJs, fantastic spa, good breakfasts, great rooms with fireplace in the room, 10% discount on the W restaurants bills, great view from the room, amazing staff. Nice 24/7 gym, bathrobes and spa products.

In March 2022 the hotel is short of restaurants employees: you can wait 10-15 minutes at breakfast & dinners; spa is very crowded over the weekends and closes at 8:15-8:30 pm. Stereo system in the room can't be used to play music from your device (only one little speaker can). Rooms are very warm (minimum temperature is 20 degrees Celsius) and lack fresh air at night, unless you sleep with the open balcony door.
