Beautiful boutique hotel in the Tuscany countryside Cute garden with sun beds, swimming pool. Get up for the sunrise - magnificent. Decor inside the hotel was very chic. The staff was wonderful and so nice, also attentive to our needs. They have a Spa area with sauna, jacuzzi pool and wet sauna to be used at your pleasure. The hotels restaurant is a short walk down the road and had very nice local dishes to offer. We can recommend the cooking class lead by Ricardo - he taught us how to make fresh Ravioli and Tagliatelle and Tiramisu - wonderful experience! The rooms are cute and clean.

Our bed was a little bit too small but very comfortable

Very tasteful decor. Extremely comfortable! The staff was very friendly, especially Laura, who was lovely at the reception and in organizing everything. The view from the pool was stunning, overlooking Tuscany, and the location felt like a typical movie-set village in this beautiful Italian setting. A delightful place.

The breakfast was quite good, but be aware that eggs are charged separately at a rather steep price (8 euros). I was a bit bothered to only find this out at checkout; I believe they should inform guests in advance.

The villa was beautiful, clean, quiet and had amazing views. I liked that it felt a little bit secluded and very peaceful. Our room was comfortable, and the on site restaurant had amazing food. The staff was incredibly friendly, particularly Laura. The villa also set up a private wine tour for us, which was excellent.

As a result of booking with Booking.com, breakfast was not included, so we had to pay 15 Euro per person for a simple continental breakfast. The gym at the villa was also tiny, and we couldn't get the treadmill to work. Otherwise, I had no complaints!

the property and interior design is absolutely beautiful and the staff were so friendly and sweet. we did the cooking class which was wonderful and fun. we loved the owner and his dog Hugo was the highlight of our stay. definitely coming back, felt like we were staying with family at their home.

absolutely nothing, everything was wonderful

This is our second time staying at Villa Sassolini, the first time being in 2015. We really enjoyed our stay then and were hoping the property had not changed. When we arrived, we noticed that it had changed but for the better. The staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

It was far from all the major places to visit . Also there was nothing to do in the hotel in the evening such as have a drink in a bar with nice lounge music.Almost dead as environment although very well decorated !
