I liked the property soo much, that this was my 2nd tile visit, I have extended my stay as well. Overall the experience was very nice. One thing needs to get improved is the bed, there are two single bed for double occupancy which make very uncomfortable while sleeping also the bed was too soft. Apart from this nothing wrong with this property. Will surely recommend to others.

I didn't like the bed, which was for double occupancy, there was supposed to only one bed but instead of that there are two single bed, which makes the stay little tiring while sleeping.

The staffs were very friendly and always ready to help out. Especially Ankana and Priyanka from housekeeping, they are very nice staff. They clean the room perfectly even make nice designs on bed. Also chandra maya from the restaurant is very friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed the stay there hope to go back again some day.

Rajat at the front office and Mr. Pandey, the resort manager are the real highlights of the property. They took care of everything and I must say the staff at the property is extremely warm and serviceable. The sunset and the lush green fields before the beach is majestic.The subtle music and lighting near pool area is a mood uplifter. A decent breakfast spread also met our expectations.The property is extremely cosy and has us wanting for more. We will visit the property again.

The WiFi is just a little patchy. The network can be strengthened.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It has a very nice pool with sunchairs. The rooms are very big and beautiful. Big toilette. It felt so nice to stay at this hotel and we wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast is included and was nice. The staff was very helpful, especially Sahil. We would recommend this for everyone and would come back.

The view, the spa, the rooms

The spa is a bit pricey but the treatment was amazing. Also I reserved the room for a different price but ended up paying the price without my booking.com genius discount. When we asked the reception they insisted that this is how it works so we didn’t argue much as we were already very late to check in. Also the pool timings could do a bit better.

Place is quite beautiful, quite. Staff was very helpful. Property is well maintained. Ample space for parking. Good amenities. They even have complimentary head or foot massage.

Food was quite disappointing. Room was not cleaned properly in our case. Even the bedshit felt like haven’t washed. Could see stains on in it. But due to all these reasons staff upgraded our room.

I loved the entires place, akinash on reception was so friendly and helpful, Rajeev and all housekeeping and restaurant staff were all wonderful! Helped me with luggage and food! Really beautiful hotel and they took care of me.

Nothing I loved it all

Good property located right on the Morjim main road, conveniently located close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping options within a walking distance. The staff is helpful and courteous, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the pool is clean with nice view of the Morjim beachside area. Even though we arrived 3-4 hours before the check-in time, the reception staff had a room cleaned and readied for us immediately, which was possibly the best thing after a long flight. All in all, a great option budget option for a stay in a centrally located area in Morjim.

The breakfast was very underwhelming, with not a lot of good food options, especially non-vegetarian. The first room that we checked in to wasn't clean with a dirty bathtub and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and a strange unpleasant smell throughout the room. However, the hotel staff was helpful and on request, changed our room to one that was much better.

Exceptionally clean very tranquil staff very very helpful and attentive Rooms cleans daily without asking Problem with a/c maintenance came within 2/3 minutes and sorted the problem

The restaurant was more geared towards Indians the restaurant staff spoke very little English but we got buy

Staff was not super responsive to my requests as I had to call multiple times for things to be done or confirmed. My room also was not properly checked; it didn’t have any shampoo or soap in the washroom, and when I asked for refills, they gave me bottles with the liquid instead of actually refilling the dispensers in the shower.
