the apartment is in a very historical building, high ceiling, very charming. Shower is good, and wasmachine and air-condition is very handy, wifi is very good. the sofa bed is indeed a bit small for my 8 and 10 years old, but they have a extra camping bed in the storage, problem solved. the location is in the village is super nice. you have 1 very good restaurant, but also the Pizzeria nearby is very good. Parking is free, not always in front of the building, but all the walking distance is minimal. We enjoyed our stay.

We have very limited contact with the staff, but when asking question, they are trying to help. the kitchen is complete, but a bit basic. but this is very minor things.

Convenient, rather classy as an ex-palazzo with a long family history, run and maintained to a high standard with obvious efficiency, although you rarely see anyone about. Parking right outside. The courtyard for breakfast looks tempting for summer. Longiano is a delightful town.

No reception or check in so it can feel a little dehumanised, but the arrival and entry code instructions are very detailed and efficient and in the light of day staff are helpful and informative.

We visited the hotel offseason so unfortunately haven’t got a chance to enjoy the patio and glass with glass of wine but it looks very nice and cozy. For the other hand we got good price for a room that was very clean and well equipped. Bathroom was spacious clean. Breakfast served in an ancient basement had variety of choices, believe everyone can find something for himself.

The rooms were very comfortable. The village of Longiano was easily accessible and lively. The breakfast was wonderful with outdoor seating available.

The other couple we were traveling with had plumbing problems in their room which was promptly remedied by changing rooms. The plumbing problems were likely related to flooding problems in the surrounding areas due to atypical torrential rains preceding our visit

Amazing property, with historical furniture, fireplace and great air conditioning. Exceded expectations! Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing and full of choices of home made pies and sweets.

Charming B & B with a nice courtyard. The rooms are spacious, also the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Parking is easy to find. The owner is a very nice person, who gave us a good recommendation for dinner.

Beds were a bit (too) hard, easily solved if there is an option of a topper. Otherwise everything was great!

These apartments are super nice and cozy with a beautiful atmosphere. We found everything we needed during our one-night stay. The breakfast was good, and the small city is absolutely beautiful, featuring a nearby Michelin-recommended restaurant. Highly recommend!

The property is in a ancient building with a lot of character in a small town that is walkable, has a few cafes, and a vibrant community. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are cosy, and comfortable.

Very good location 10 minutes from Cesena in a small quite village. Spacious family room with vintage decoration, clean with comfortable beds. Clean and big Bathroom. Nice yard for breakfast.
