The facility was clean but a little old . The room was large and fridge was supplied with milk. Ensuite was great. The view to the ocean was great and only 200 metres away. Location to town was close and quiet with good parking spaces available. We would stay there again.

It was just a little dated but would stay there again and the gardens were well kept as well as the gardens. Even though it was clean and comfortable with a good TV set.

The room was good in size with a great view. The beds were comfortable with a great ocean breeze which in the evenings kept the room fresh and cool.

I didn't like the car park area. It was dirty/messy, no defined parking bays and fairly secure with video cameras. Would have been nice to have a microwave oven to warm up food for my young children.

A spacious room with uninterrupted sea views. The bathroom was also a good size. Parking in front of the room (#15) and a ramp for wheeling in suitcases was great.

Was misinformed about breakfast. The Inn does not offer any. The room has a fridge and an electric kettle though so not a problem. The take away pizzas we got at Bella’s (fully booked restaurant) were excellent!

Older-style motel but very comfortable rooms and with a bit of a "retro" feel that actually adds a lot of character. The location is unbeatable, as all the units face the ocean and the nice sea views add a lot to the experience. The room I had was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

All the housekeeping staff were off sick when I was there, but the owners offered to bring any replacement towels etc; I think the onsite restaurant was closed so I didn't get a chance to try that out - which was a shame as there aren't an overwhelming amount of dinner options in Kingscote.

We had a room overlooking the water. The inn is not too far from the shops, hotels.

The sliding door couldnt quite be shut because of the design of the fly screen door handle. Not a major problem but would of let in some cold air. There was no toaster in the room.

Room is spacious with one large queen and a single bed. Toilet and bathroom is clean. I stayed on ground floor with an open door to the garden overlooking the sea. Excellent view and provide chairs so we can relax outside our room with a lovely sea view. Parking is behind the property. Overall the property is great with everything we need.

Good location in Kingscote and is only about 45 mins drive from Pennshaw.

Fantastic view from the balcony. Room was enormous with tea/coffee facilities. Large bathroom. Very friendly staff. Close to shops and restaurants.....it was a nice walk to the town.

Some of the light switches were in strange places--not a big deal. I wish the shower had some shelves for shampoo and other products.

Location was brilliant.

No microwave, no toaster, an actual monetary fine for cooking/heating food in the room. No cutlery (no knife, fork...) or crockery- just 2 mugs. No capacity to make breakfast, let alone reheat a meal or get something delivered.

Easy check in; room was big enough for four adults; bathroom an excellent size and the location and view are brilliant.

Insufficient shampoo/conditioner/shower gel for four adults (only 1 of each in the bathroom) and the two single beds were too firm for comfortable sleeping.

Spacious modernised room(10) with 2 lounge chairs,larger than standard TV. Great ocean view. Easy walk into Kingscote for eateries & pubs. Reception allowed us into our room earlier which was very helpful.

We didn’t have a toaster which would have been beneficial.
