I liked everything about Pinetop Best Western. It is pet friendly, serves a small hot breakfast, the beds and pillows were comfortable and staff are very friendly. Another plus is that the location is right down the street from a walking trail.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The quality of the breakfast was OK. They were a bit slow to resupply when items ran low. The variety was nice though. The room was clean. Overall it was a nice stay and good value.

No available restroom in the lobby when we arrived before check-in time.

Location was great. Didn't eat breakfast there, we would walk over to the little restaurant next door or went to eat with our kids and grand kids

The carpet did have stains from other dogs and the door did have issues of shutting tightly

I wasn’t aware that it was more like a motel but it was actually nice and more convenient for packing and unpacking. when I got there they had us on the 2nd floor. I explained that we could not be on that floor because my husband is handicapped. I didn’t list that because if they had an elevator it would not have been an issue. they kindly moved us to the 1st floor.

when they moved us to the other room they failed to put us in for 2 nights.

Location is great. Motel is quite and shielded from excess traffic noise due to the way it is built. Restaurant next door is very good and is an easy walk. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is efficient and helpful. The motel is located within a block of a forest trailhead which is both easy and beautiful. One can walk to the trailhead and go for a very lovely forest walk.

The breakfast was very good and the "new" method of serving guests for some of the items was a great idea. Too many people are inconsiderate and irresponsible and usually leave a mess. This method is more organized and cleaner. Also, I had few "neighbors" and my stay was quieter than usual.

Nothing at the time of my stay.

We had two Black labs with us and the hotel only charged us $17.00 per night for each dog without the requirement of a pet deposit. The breakfast had a good variety and the parking was lit up at night.

The containers of shampoo and conditioner were somewhat small.

Very friendly and helpful front desk ladies. Great breakfast and water pressure in the shower.

The beds were not very comfortable.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel this time around, but have during past stays and it was always good. The hotel location is a little off the beaten path for walking, but everything is within a short drive.

I have stayed here several times over the years and it seems the rooms on the front desk side are more up to date than the rooms on the other side. Room was very clean, but does need a good amount of updating.

The pillows would be my only complaint. Not much support at all. I suppose I'm used to larger pillows with much better support.
