Location was perfect for our baseball tournament. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was convenient, not great but the pancake maker made my kids happy. The pool and hot tub were nice to keep the kids occupied in between games.

No ice on the second floor. The room was cold, sticky and dark. If the air was turned down it was too hot. But the dampness in the air made me feel uncomfortable.

The property is in the heart of show low. I like that whenever you forgot some necessities, you can actually request it. The room was decent. Big bed and comfy pillows. It smelled nice.

There were trimmed hair in the bathroom floor on the corner that we only noticed when we took a bath since the floor got a bit wet. The hairs started sticking to our foot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities are not that new. But they do maintain it. It is clean. It is centrally located. The pool and Jacuzzi are in excellent condition and the breakfast is Formidable, more than what you can normally get. Believe me, you will not be disappointed and the price is reasonable.

The location was great, check in was fast, facilities and room was very clean, accommodating us to check out an hour later.

The shower power was very weak and it was a bit pricey for the stay. Also there was some confusion about us checking out late when the last day came but easily fixed from the staff.

The breakfast was wonderful. Great staff. Comfortable environment! 5 stars!

We were given an ADA room. It was nice but not necessary. We checked in a few hours after my mother in law. She should have had the ADA room mainly for the shower as the tub.

I made my reservations through an online app. It somehow booked be twice. The gentleman at the desk canceled one of the reservations with no issue at all. Very thankful for him making it easy on my end. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I have no complaints about our stay. Everything about the hotel and our stay was on point.

Breakfast was great! Lots of options for food and beverages. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean hotel.

The spa was out of order during our stay and we were looking forward to it upon booking. Also, the temperature in the room was hard to keep comfortable-no middle temperature between hot and cold available

The staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean. Plus breakfast is pretty decent.

The indoor pool was freezing, the thermometer on the wall read 60 degrees. I book at this location so my kids can use the indoor pool during downtime and was bummed it was to cold to swim

The beds at Holiday Inn hotels are the best. The complimentary breakfast is nice

The facilities are quite outdated compared to what I have seen in other Holiday Inns. The pool, in particular, needed more maintenance, the spa was broken, and they didn't provide towels.

It was pretty standard compared with other hotels. Not really sure what else to say. I need to write 2 - 3 sentences which is dumb since I don't have anything more to say.

Bed could have been a little more comfy and there is only a sheet and comforter. It's either freeze or roast. Another blanket would have been good.
