The staff were amazing and super friendly. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed swimming in the dead of winter, which was great! The room was spacious, and they even had a store within the hotel if you forgot any basic items.

Unfortunately, lots of upgrades were going on, so it was kinda noisy early morning. It would also be nice if they had a dog station with doggie bags for their #2 and disposal within an area to let your dogs go to the restroom. A lil doggie poop park would've been awesome 👌 and less noise early mornings late evenings.

The staff was great. Anthony was very helpful. The hot tub was nice.

There was plenty of dog poop on the property from previous guests. That turns my stomach. The beds weren't great, too saggy. The bedspreads were stained. The lighting was terrible. Only super bright lights over the beds. Too bright on and too dark when off. Good lighting by sinks and bathroom

I am elderly and have bad knees so was disappointed we were on 2nd floor and I had a hard and painful time going up and down. We did not know there was no elevator. Next time we'll ask for first floor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past 10 years. We were impressed that the hotel has been totally remodeled and upgraded since our last stay. The rooms are vey modern and comfortable. As in the past, they were really clean too.

We had no problems at all. We did have a problem with the electronic locks, but that was user error. I really can't find anything bad to say about this place.

I noticed that every time I would go in or out, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I knew that someone would eventually be there, that was my observation. Thanks again for your time.

Location was great for where we were traveling to. Close to everything we needed and convenient. Staff friendly anda accommodating. Very clean.

Bed was too firm. I have a bad back so mattress was too firm for my back. King size bed.

New Owners have up graded a lot. Clean Big King Room. They do have a little snack bar & heat up food. Coffee in Room. Great parking. Staff was great. Casino pretty close. Lakes close also.

Shower curtain could use a wash. Bring Back A little Breakfast.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The spa and pool were an absolute treat – I felt so relaxed throughout my stay.

Remodel came out great! Very clean Room. Clean bathroom.. nice freezer refrigerator. Great parking . Loved it!

Stairs to second floor They are tolerable. If you have leg issue Not good.

We were greeted just with a professional and friendly mannor. the perfect dinner place was suggested and it was a joy to relax in the jacuzzi the next morning. Even though the sign said it opened at 8 AM it wasn't ready but the staff did immediately prepare for our use.

The mattresses slid when sitting on the bed so had to be slid back into place a couple of times.
