The property is close to the Birla Mandir and is easily accessible with ample car parking facilities. The staff are very prompt and helpful and the managers also deserve the credit for this. I would like to thank our housekeeper and restaurant staff members for their outstanding service. The food was tasty though sometimes repetitive over a period of three nights.

The pricing. The room rate should be made inclusive of breakfast - or else you end up paying another ₹1000++ on morning coffee and breakfast, which is a hidden cost for what the property claims is a 4* hotel! Hot Water Issue - The tap fittings have corroded badly, possibly due to the high saline content in the water. We were told to drain out two buckets of water each time we needed hot water. This is a criminal waste of water, though after 15-20 minutes (that’s long!) we had enough hot water.

Hotel at Great location with parking, and hotel is very closed to krishna janam bhumi and other temples, great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, everything about the hotel was exceptional it was clean,stylish,with very best service at the time of dinner and food was good and great value for money and service was antentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

the location is in mid and good for all the travellers who want to go to Vrindavan or Mathura .. rooms were neat and clean.. staff was helpful and hospitality was also good .. keep up the good work .. and lastly the prices they offered were quite reasonable 😊

Only stayed for 1 night and mostly was on travel in Mathura and Vrindavan Cities .. hence could have any problems .. except the bathroom door was not properly working and very tough to operate .. which I am sure will be taken care by them .. rest all was fine 😊

Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the garden. Staff is friendly. Abhimanyu who works at the reception is very helping.

On the last day of our stay, we ordered a taxi. In the evening, the reception staff told us that the taxi driver wasn’t picking up the phone and that one of the staff would drop us off. The amount that we paid was ridiculously high for a short distance. We found this quite fishy. Seemed to us as if they wanted to earn something for themselves which is okay if they don’t charge way too much and take advantage of the situation that we were in as tourists.

My stay here was amazing! The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were very helpful. The location is convenient too, making it easy to explore the area. It's definitely worth the money, and I found it to be very family - friendly. I would recommend this to everyone for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Food at the restaurant was good- we had breakfast and a light dinner with indo-chinese food. The room was big with 2 separate bedrooms in a suite.

The bathroom is not modern as expected. There was some noise of residents at night around 3 am and after.

Best hotel of my 18 day stay in India. Modern, clean, high standards. It was busy as I was visiting during Holi. Staff was very hospitable and most speak very good English. They invited me to celebrate Holi at their evening party. Lots of fun. It's the details that make a difference. Clear and fast communication. Advice when needed. Food is of Greta restaurant quality. Highly recommend. Good location to visit temples in Mathura and Vendravan.

Still need a tuktuk or car, but it's definitely more quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vrindavan. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the place is very peaceful. The staff is friendly always ready to help you with a smile. It's a great place to relax. The food is delicious too. Definitely the best Hotel in Vrindavan!

No possible to open windows. It's not good for health to breathe by AC air. It's better to make mosquito nets and breathe by fresh air at night
