I really liked everything, but the pull on couch, the chair, and the mattress in the room, but everything else was great!! Everything i named was very uncomfortable to set in lay on and overall enjoy the room.

We like the spaciousness of the room. The room was clean! Everything worked in the room. The staff was pleasant! The location was great and close to all our planned activities!

The only complaint that I have is the hallway and lobby was hot! The room temperature was comfortable because we turned the air down low! But, we were sweating every time we came out of our room to go somewhere! It was 103 degrees during the weekend! Please lower the temperature in the hallway and lobby!

Very good breakfast and happy hour. Parking lot seemed to be full but found out there was a gun show being hosted so that took up a lot of spaces. Nice restaurant attached to hotel or one across parking lot. Great location for shopping and entertainment.

Our first night there was a kids birthday party at the pool so no room in the pool, kids didn’t get to swim that night. I mean it was FULL of kids and parents.

The happy hour was wonderful, the staff so helpful and pleasant. We were amazed at the complimentary breakfast - an omelet made to order, with NO wait (granted it was 7:45 am, but still!!). There were an abundance of choices for breakfast, so everyone would be happy. I even used the exercise center before breakfast.

Minor, but the exercise center could use a TV with choices of something to watch (local TV coverage would have been great).

Honestly the beds were not that comfy. With everything else in the hotel being great, the beds being "OK" were kind of a let down. The bedding was clean and comfy but the sleeping on a cloud feeling wasn't there for me. I would have preferred maybe more fluffy mattress topper.

Our hotel room was very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The front desk staff is short staffed. I had tried to call multiple times on more than one occasion on the way to the hotel. It kept going to voice mail. It made complete sense to us once we arrived. There was always one person at the desk during our stay trying to manage the Starbucks counter, the front desk, and the phones. There should be two people at all times.

Bathroom is really nice and big. Air conditioner is perfect. We Love our stay two nights. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices except the egg counter I was not happy with.

Breakfast is very good but egg counter says "eggs your way" we wanted over easy eggs, they refused to make it. They just make omelettes. So, I did not like that.

Great location for shopping with the outlet Mall just a few minutes walk. Also very handy for good restaurant's. Friendly reception staff.

The ironically named "Happy Hour" which was very disappointing with a limited selection of drinks and poor snacks served by a very unfriendly lady on the first day.

I Loved the Facility, it was beautiful and our suite was comfortable and had everything we needed, it was also close to the Round Rock shopping outlet, this made me happy because I Love to shop!!!

I wished there was more to do, besides shopping, it was difficult to find any attractions nearby 😒

Towels hard expected better,bed and pillows not comfortable as expected.The ready to make breakfast wasnt that barely had what we wanted and constantly ran out.More selections om bar for happy hours
