Reception was incredible. Rooms were air conditioned and had WiFi available.

I have to say we were really disappointed with this hotel and it felt very expensive given the facilities. The phrase fur coat and no knickers springs to mind! The reception area was stunning but this is where it ended...the rooms, whilst a decent size, were fairly budget and the bathroom was pretty filthy and old fashioned. We had a jungle view but we also had a collection of ugly buildings below our balcony. The air conditioning units were on the balcony and were super noisy. There was no atmosphere at the hotel. It seemed pretty empty and it was literally just us having drinks in the evening. Thankfully we weren't there much during the day so not too much of an issue just disappointing.

Breakfast was fine with the decent variety of menu.

The room was not clean. We saw a flog in the room. Also, the bed arrangement was not good.

the smell from bathroom is so bad also shower problem. the balcony is very dirty full of bird poop.

Bellman are helpful

When i arrived to room, i encounter a room with such damage and several problems listed as below ; 1. Bathroom counter top is pealing off and it looks disgusting to put anything on it. 2. Bathroom curtain length doesn't reach the floor, for sure water will leak out when showering just like if the curtain doesn't exist. 3. Room floor made of laminate, several pieces are broken, it moves when you walk and you surely can see the hole on the floor. Bedsheet has brown spots on it. 4. Before arrive, phone number on the website doesn't work. I called more than 5 times on seperate occasions but noone answer the phone. Staff said it's not functioning as per IT. I think it should be removed from website. 5. Elevator closed on me and staff was there not saying anything. Staff went in before guests, is that hospitality ? 6. I PAID FOR 3RD PERSON. Amenity is not prepared for 3. I asked again for 3rd pax amenity before I went out for dinner around 4pm. I came back 9pm... it never delivered. 7. Upon arrival, staff came to take the luggage from my car. My friend was passing items to her which are 1 luggage and 2 bags, turn out my friend carrying luggage by herself walking after the staff. 8. Heating system is not on. Shower with cold water. 9. Outdoor chair damage that i sat on it and almost fell off the chair. 10. Breakfast .... poor quality. 11. Wifi password was not offered. 12. Lights in the room are only DIM. 13. Overall public area are not clean.
