Fantastic staff. The animators are great! They led the kids in many activities and the kids had so much fun. The rest of the staff too, all very friendly and nice. The playroom, playground, and cinema are all great to have so close at hand.

The pool is a little small. When there's more than a couple families it feels crowded. The smaller kids pool is also quite small and really only for toddlers. Also the path down to the playground is a little steep, so you need to help smaller kids down. I suspect it's a work in progress so maybe it will be better in time.

the hotel area is fine but there is not much else to do outside the hotel area, you have to have a car and ride somewhere with it, slow internet when everyone was awake (the moment people went to sleep, internet was fine)

We had an apartment on the last floor and we visited during late fall, so I cannot say much about the room temperature (as we read a lot of negative comments about the heat during summer time). For us, it was nicely warm in the room, and the view was amazing. We liked just about everything, but we came mind-prepared after having read the comments posted prior to our arrival. Everything was new, and there were plenty of activities for kids. We found the facilities at the swimming pool very clean.

The chairs were unbelievably heavy and made a terrible noise when moving them (we could actually hear the noise from other rooms too). They fit nicely in the room design, but are totally impractical. If they cannot be replaced, maybe put some stick-on floor protectors on chairs' legs to ease the things to a certain degree (e.g. IKEA FIXA). There's room for improvement in the restaurant area in order to avoid the queues. Obviously, the restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel.

Food low variety and majority not so tasty for the required price (but I am a hard demanding customer:)), more pillows would be great, reception open only till 19, then in other 200m away building, necessary to use different elevators to access two sectors separated from each other, installed but not yet working air condition (rooms got very hot during our stay depsite using rolletes), still under construction, so outdoor playground not yet existing, no sauna or whirpool

Entire hotel seem to be new and well maintained. Cleanliness. Basen and cardio jim. Tasty pizza. Climat control in the room worked exceptionally well.

Poor menu in cafeteria and its opening hours. When it was windy during our last night in the hotel it turned out that windows aren't tight enough, so there was a terrible draft, fortunatelly it was easy enough to mitigate.

The place feels very new and extremely comfortable. The surroundings are amazing, the view over the mountain lake is breathtaking. It's a great place to hang around with family.

There was some confusion about getting into the hotel. Either it wasn't in the confirmation or I missed it, but there's no separate checkin desk for Kazalnica. They share it with a more expensive hotel nearby. I wasted tons of time running around their building trying to figure out how to get into my room. If you want food, the restaurant is also in another hotel (and it's 5* so if you want to eat on a budget, you're out of luck, but the restaurant is great).

Amazing location, great view, brand new apartment, nice swimming pool. Despite few minor issues all was fine.

Room seemed not finished, missed night lamps (just holes) or table next to the bed. Fire indicators were open and temperature steering was disabled. Friends of ours did not have such issues in their room - the same floor. A bit missing a place to spend time outside or inside like bar open to all guest not only the ones for dinner. During the weekend everything was booked for closed groups.

Beautiful and spacious room with a small but very well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was delicious, not huge but enough food to choose. The swimming pool and the play room for kids were great especially with bad weather.

Pillows not very comfortable. Not so much to do around at walking distance.

A beautiful spot in nature, perfect for family relaxation. It also offers an indoor playground and a pool for kids to enjoy.

The pool's water temperature could be a bit warmer, especially for toddlers.
