Saturday morning office girl was super friendly. Glad a free breakfast was offered. Clean and comfortable room.

No locks on any doors entering or leaving the building. Anyone could get into the building Who isn't a paying guest. Scary... Very scary... Especially for a single woman. No security anyway. Also, the afternoon girl who checked me in was not friendly. She was not rude either. No smile, no friendliness, and I was the only person to be checked in. Weird. I am a local and send a lot of people your way. The girls should always have a smile...

Everything was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and clean room. Excellent food. We will be back.

Building older. Clean but could use some paint, tlc Parking lot surface in bad shape by entrance. Paint marking “watch step” very faded. My husband fell and I tripped a couple of times. I let them know at desk when checking out.

The location is perfect, in heart of downtown close to markets, gas, and services. Property is nicely tucked behind the main road so very quiet at night. The renovations and improvements are very noticeable. Although I didn’t enjoy the pool on this stay it looked clean and very inviting.

It’s in showlow, theres nothing of good fun to be had around this town. Sad to see the city neglect local commerce. Car dealership after car dealerships, no clothing stores, no shopping to be enjoyed, all requires a 15-20 min drive in heavy summer traffic. Not fun showlow. Great town, its time to put flagstaff in the back seat. Let’s go Showlow.

Very clean and quiet. It is an older property, but it was well maintained, smelled good, had all needed amenities, and they accept pets and had a dog park. Very good Mexican Restaurant right across the street.

Would like extra blankets easily available. (I did not request them, but would have used one if it had been available.)

breakfast was offered to go, fruit yogurt and muffin, staff was nice.

we contacted Booking I'd say three days prior requesting to add one more night. He staff did not receive the request. I requested twice actually. Still not received. We did not get the booking discount. Manager kind enough to give a discount but not the same as Bookings.

The room was very good, the bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed to remodel the kitchen, staff told us breakfast would be in the hotel lobby and when we went there all we saw was coffee. The ice machine in our building was broken. The dog fee rose up from $10 a day to $25, it seems a bit steep.

I encountered a medical episode and ended up in the ER 😞 this hotel is amazing 🥰 The staff is generations of a family dream. Comfortable, Kind and an excellent little to-go breakfast the next day🩷 We will be back to enjoy again.

the evening person with the tattoos I referred to her like that because I don't know her name not very good when you check in it sets the tone for the experience I've stayed there about 30 times and it keeps getting worse so I have decided to find other hotel to stay in. Also the restaurant attached is still dreadful. too bad such a good location and set up

Everyone was very nice, the room was awesome and due to their kitchen being remodeled, they gave us fruit, muffins and yogurt with coffee. I missed the breakfasts from the kitchen but will get it next time! Can’t wait to go back!

Their kitchen was being remodeled so no oatmeal or biscuits and gravy but it will be great after remodel.

The AC unit was extremely loud lol like some construction site 🙄 but as soon as i mentioned to the staff they fixed it ASAP !!!

Theres ALOT of weirdos walking around at night which is kinda scary when you gotta walk out to your car 🫤🫤
