Nice hotel downtown with Molenvijverparc in the backyard. Molenvijverparc is nice for a walk and is surrounded by sculptures of sundials. This parc is also used for wedding photography. M-hotel is situated right besides center shopping area. So, ideal for a day visit, short stay or long stay. The reception welcomed me with a glass of bubbles because of the New Year. So sweet! The rooms are clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The theme of the restaurant was: Jungle. Go wild, for a while. My menu: grilled stuffed squid, grilled seabass, bimi asparagus|ricotta (side dish) and ginger tea. Yum.😊 Service was really friendly. Next door you will find restaurant The Molen grill and in the center area are enoughoptions to explore the area. It is paid parking at the hotel but the receptionist shares with you a spot nearby for free parking. It is a short walk through the parc back to the hotel.

The hotel in my case was an integral part of an Andre Reiu package given as a gift. It was very much focused on the concert in Maastricht and looked after the guests very well. A coach was organised to pick up guests from the hotel on the evening of the concert as well as returning them after the event. Guests using facilities of the hotel but not attending the concert were treated very professionally.

Great location close to the center and next to the park. Good to walk with the dog. We had two rooms, very similar. There is an outside bar at the back of the hotel next to the lake. The personnel was very nice, also at the late hour of our arrival.

The parking was paid (not for the first hour) but it was possible to park the car outside on the streets during night. The parking there is paid over day (first hour free - registration is possible during the night). The personnel was very kind to inform of the parking possibilities.

The bed was very uncomfortable… not only soft but uneven, making us slide to the gap in the middle of the bed, I’d stay again if it wasn’t for the poor mattress quality

The hotel was great, perfect location, just a few meters from the city center, but also away from all the noise. The park and lake behind the hotel, jungle bar, lovely restaurant, nice food, the staff were great as well. Jasmine from the reception deserves a salary raise and an award of employee of the year ! We had some troubles with the parking, but thanks to her, it was all fixed, not a lot of people would help in such situations nowadays... Definitely recommend this hotel and for sure will come again 🫶

We travelled for work and booked a large room as we had suitcases and needed space to re organise. I’d say the room was bigger than expected. Staff was very helpful and made the stay so much better than a usual hotel stay. Location was great for our needs and I’d happily stay here again.

Could have been a bit warmer but there was a plug in fan heater provided, so really not a big deal for us.

Needed a kettle in the room And as we were there for 3 days we had to let them know if we wanted the room to be cleaned with a clean me sign which was missing from the room and tea/coffee refills/toilet rolls that sort of thing which was a little inconvenient

Room looks amazing, hotel just across a park with a lake as well as a shopping centre. Restaurant serves good looking and delicious food. Staff is friendly

The shower had a lot of limescale. And also, the showerhead was a bit broken, the water came out from the side too, and at night it would start dripping regularly without any reason, so I woke up often.

Apart from the room utilising two single beds put together, it was comfortable clean and pleasent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate in booking again - the resataurant was great and the staff were fantastic.

Not actually double beds but 2 singles pushed together although i understand why this is. Door had issues closing which resulted in the alarm going off but if you make sure to close it your fine.

Properties in a great location. You can walk into the town, or in the restaurant. It is on a beautiful lake that you can sit and have a drink by. It is also really well located for getting into other places in Belgium.

There is nothing I don’t like about the property, the bar does close early which may be a problem for some people, but it didn’t really bother me
