We have to bring the trash out before we check out. I don't understand this since they will clean the room anyway after we leave so why do we need to do this? There is no garbage chute within the apartment so we had to get out into the trash area. The apartment has no safe. Some of the dishes including the soups at the breakfast buffet was not kept warm/hot.

We loved how spacious everything was. The 3 bedroom apartment hosted my parents, my husband and me and our two toddlers. My daughter was extremely happy about the teddy bear they gifted her as a welcome gift. The rooms and bathrooms were big enough. The kitchen was spacious as well, and a sponge and dish detergent was provided. There was a rice cooker one large pot, one medium and one pan to cook with. We didn’t do much cooking, so it did the job for us while we were there to cook simple meals like spam and rice. We stayed 4 nights, and housekeeping came by a couple days later and quickly cleaned up for us. Be sure to check in at the lobby before taking out all your luggage! We didn’t know that our apartment would be a small drive away and had to take the kids and luggage in and out a couple times. We loved how it had so many different things to do within Jeju Shinhwa. Staying at Somerset also allowed us to get into the theme park for free + 3 free rides per ticket! The kids had a blast. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes walking/quick driving distance and a couple of convenience stores within the resort property.

The beds weren’t our favorite. It was too hard. There is also a washer/dryer combo but it took us about 6 hours to dry one load of small laundry.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment on the top level which was huge! We had 2 large bathrooms, plenty of closet space and 3 or 4 balconies. The rooms were super clean and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook meals. Towels were clean and fresh and the beds were very comfortable. We use the pools and gym everyday which was handy. Very clean facilities with free towels provided at the pool.

Our apartment was about a 4 to 5 min walk to reception so in future I will request a room closer to the main reception. There are plenty of parking but we didn't drive so to get a taxi or take our bags, we had to walk up stairs. The complex is massive and it gets busy with families and small kids. So the pool gets busy. It's hard to do laps unless you are there after 6 or 7 pm. The indoor pool is 27 m in length but no one swims as there are no lane ropes. Also, every hour you are asked to leave the pool for 10 mins for "resting". Kids 12 and under are suppose to wear lifejackets (free of charge) but my 3 kids did not.

The apartments were luxurious and impeccably clean, with stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The resort had an excellent range of activities and amenities, making every day enjoyable.

The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family with 4 adults and 3 children. We paid for 2 extra futons so everyone had a proper bed. There is a convenience store and a bakery within the development, handy for getting quick meals and breakfast needs. There are a few restaurants a 10 minute walk away but these are just simple food outlets.

The kitchen facilities are basic and could be better. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. Similarly, there is a washing machine but no detergent. At other apartment type rentals, small packs of detergent are provided just enough for the stay so the guests do not need to buy a pack just for 3 nights stay. Also, no dish towels. The pots and pans are big. A small saucepan for heating milk would be good. I’m not sure about the wine fridge, I wonder why there is a need for one.

Clean and huge room. Fantastic staff. Friendly and helpful. Would like to special mention Peter (who was also known as David) on our first two days of stay. He’s very helpful and always ready to provide the best service. Breakfast was very decent, and as it’s included in the price, the overall value for money is high!

The location isn’t great, but the transport service helps a lot.

The flat is spacious and very convenient. The staff are all very nice. Location wise it is kind of a the mid of the island so not too far away from every tourist spots.

3 bedders which is able to accommodate a family of 4 with 2 elderly. Staff very friendly and allow one time early check in since the room is available. Given theme park big 3 tickets for whole family and the kids enjoyed them

Very nice apartment and grounds. Convenient with restaurants and convenient shops. But will need to drive or have transport arranged as it is quite out of way.

Dryer took very long to dry.

the soundproofing in the house could have been better. that seems to be the case in Korea. thin walls or walls are not fully concrete.
