Great hotel, staff was super friendly, proactive and helpful! The structure of the hotel is amazing! Great pools, and the gym was out of this world, I had never saw something like this. Super complete gym.

The internal pool water wasn’t hot enough, so we could not enjoy. We also had an issue in our room with cold water, but the staff quickly resolved it.

The breakfast was very complete. Amanda at the front desk is the best, very friendly and she solved any inconvenience we might encounter. James at the front door was very helpful too and his English perfect. Overall it was an incredible experience. We went there for my wife's birthday and she received a free cake as well as breakfast in the room. My 1 year old daughter had an incredible time too in the playground and all the activities for children.

Maybe the people in charge of the kids area could be more friendly with the little ones.

This hotel is amazing. The facilities are brilliant with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym and onsite restaurants. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the cookie upon checking in was a nice touch. Great breakfast and many options. Excellent base for seeing the waterfalls.

There wasn't much but even though the room was great the bathroom let it down as it felt like it hadn't been done to the standard of everything else. Whilst ordering drinks via the QR code at the pool these were charged at room service prices which was quite a bit more expensive. To avoid this make sure you go up to the bar and order.

The hotel is ideally located from the Foz do Iguacu airport, and to the Iguazu Falls. The reception area is super huge with welcoming staff behind the desks. The warm Double Tree Chocolate cookie offered at check-in is delicious and appreciated. The dining and snack options at the hotel are class leading and offers a variety that rivals other hotels. The lobby bar is exceptional with a variety of drinks and cocktails on offer. The outdoor areas and swimming pool areas are exceptionally well designed and are aesthetically very pleasing. Outdoor smoking areas are welcoming and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, although not understanding Spanish can be a problem for English speaking guests. Staff are challenged with English, but eventually patrons get what they want.

Very little. The room safe was problematic on check-in. This safe was promptly replaced by the hotel - no mess, no fuss.

We arrived as two adults and two children and the goal was to enjoy and be pampered. The hotel was charming and met all our expectations. The children enjoyed the activities in the kids' club, games in the outdoor pool and also in the heated pool, the excellent breakfast, the cookies at the reception, the video game room and the freedom they had to walk around the hotel. We enjoyed the walk, the helpfulness of the staff, including the cleaning staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the waiters in the restaurant and the dining room, we enjoyed the fact that we could leave the children in various activities, we enjoyed the hotel facilities, playgrounds, gym. The hotel offers so much. Truly an excellent choice. Proximity to parks, waterfalls, Dream Park, Bird Park, ITAIPU, Blue Water Park. Everything is accessible and close. We ordered taxis at the reception and within two minutes the taxi arrived. Everything was really excellent. We left the last night of our visit open without booking a hotel because we didn't know whether we would return to the Argentinian side or stay on the Brazilian side and when we arrived at this hotel it was clear to us that we were adding another night (we were in the hotel for a total of 5 days and 4 nights). Simply an excellent choice. Thank you very much to everyone.

Good Hilton standard overall. Very clean and airy lobby and public areas. The room was perfectly adequate and clean. It had two large beds (good quality) and had a view over the next-door shopping mall and other hotels. Nice size bathroom. Perfect for a one-person work trip. The breakfast was very good, with loads of options and fresh omelettes etc. Downstairs Lebanese-style restaurant was also good. A cosy lobby bar which also served as the outdoor pool bar. The pool area and the outdoor lounge were very nice. The gym was perhaps a bit small, but the treadmills worked perfectly, plus that it is in a separate building with large windows. All in all a very good hotel and the placement is great for visiting the Iguassu Falls and the city.

The floor of the shower in the room was poorly constructed - with 2cm of water floating on the shower floor after washing as it wouldn't properly drain! Cleaners forgot to replace hand towels a few times, but I got them when I asked. Also the replenishing of water and coffee capsules was a bit irregular. Interestingly, the work desk had no power sockets right next to it..:)

The hotel has a great pool, with a lot of facilities. The breakfast was good.

The hotel staff offering tours tried to scam us. We tried to book a tour to the Argentinian falls. However the staff said it was impossible to pay with card in Argentina. And therefore we had to exchange our money. The taxi that was provided by the hotel drove us to a shady store (not an official money exchange) just a souvenir shop. We had to exchange our money to Argentinian peso’s. When we reached the falls and our further travels in Argentina we could literally pay everywhere with cards and there was no need to exchange….

The staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The Kids Club was amazing! Activities all day around the pool or in their great play area. My kids loved it!

Cleaning staff took one of our bags that had some souvenirs in it and put it in the garbage. It was not near any garbage can, it was clearly marked as a gift shop bag, but they just threw it away when cleaning the room. My kids were devastated to lose the souvenirs they had picked out themselves. Watch out for your belongings!!

The property is well located, close to the falls and the park. Clean rooms, great shower, the pool area is very nice.

The air conditioning of the rooms do not make the room cool. It was difficult to sleep because it was summer time. We also heard other guests complaining about the same issue. We asked maintenance to come check the AC unit and he said the temperature was already at maximum and the issue was because the engine was too far from the room. Well, if it is a known issue perhaps Hilton should consider to change the system to central AC.

Wonderful stay here! Our room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The air conditioning and wifi worked great. The staff were so kind and very helpful in booking us a dinner show and massages at the spa. The spa was amazing and very good prices too. The on site bar restaurant was convenient and good. We even got a free cookie at check in. Breakfast buffet was good and had a large variety. Location is wonderful. It is next to a really nice mall full of good food and shopping options. It is also near the area where you enter into Iguazu falls from either the Brazil or Argentina side.

My only complaint is that on check out day the house keeping knocked multiple times from 8:30 am onward to see if we had left yet to turn over the room. The front desk needs to communicate when guests leave so they are not bothering us many times while trying to sleep and get ready.
