Comfortable and very clean place in a quiet street about ten minutes walk to central train station which connects to broader Osaka-Tokyo network. There is a closer station and it is for the local network in the area. We chose this place because of its proximity to the castle grounds. Futons were surprisingly very comfortable! (As were the beds). Mini-bar had a nice selection of teas and coffees. Separate toilet and shower made it handy for our group of three travellers.

The washing machine is a dryer too but we found it took too long. We dried our clothes by hanging them in the bathroom with the drying function on.

A 15 minute walk from the train station in a pleasant neighbourhood, easy self check in and check out. Not staffed but we did meet a friendly lady (cleaner?) as we arrived and she showed us the check in tablet and lift access. Family style room is sizeable for Japan, all impeccably clean. Comfortable beds and nice pillows, lovely amenities and a beautiful yukata to wear in the room. Washing machine in bathroom is a plus, powder supply included. Netflix access on TV gave us a break from watching sumo or baseball!

Noting the auto light in the foyer as have most others here. I think there was some knack to the way you can use the switch however I didn’t find any instructions. Perhaps some information or switch labelling could assist with this. It’s not a huge concern, just a minor detail.

Wonderful small hotel. Check-in was super easy, even though there are no staff. It’s in a quieter end of town. It’s a bit far to walk from the train station with luggage, about 15 min. But otherwise is very convenient. We had a car and there were plenty of local parking lots. I would happily stay here again.

Just slightly further from the train station than I’d prefer. It was better once we figured out the underground walkways. You can walk underground from the train station to about 5 min from the hotel, but it’s not well signed and Google Maps won’t tell you.

Spacious, extremely clean and well-kept and equipped. Well-stocked with good amenities; I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom had POLA-brand shampoo and conditioner.

The lighting in the entrance hall was motion-activated type with very short activation span, and could not keep it on unless you were constantly moving around. If I dressed myself without making big movements, it just went off and I had to move just to turn it back on for a bit longer. The lift was so small and could not accommodate more than 3 averaged-sized Asian adults. Because we were a family of 4, one of us always had to take the stairs.

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful, spacious apartment for 2 nights in Shizuoka. The room was clean, well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and fridge. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries. The location is tucked away in a quiet area, with an automatic self check in and out facility set up. We arrived slightly early and were lucky to be allowed in our room, as the cleaning had been done. On check out, we were grateful to leave our heavy suitcases in the sister hotel, which is actually nearer the station, whilst we explored Shizuoka for the last time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to stay in the future.

Nothing major, just be aware that there is no view from the little balcony and the automatic light in the entrance hall is on a short timer.. Neither of these factors affected our lovely short stay.

Super handy having washer/dryer in room. Great sized room, beds comfortable. Had 4 USB charging points which is great for couples with multiple devices. Fridge was good size, also had a microwave. There was an ice machine right on our floor, bonus! Lovely touch provided with the yukata and amenities pack. Very quiet location, but easy walking distance from station, shops and many dinning/drinking options.

There is nothing negative about this property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a touch difficult to find via taxi but we managed. It is located quite close to the Shizuoka shinkansen train station, so it is actually quite conveniently located. Our accommodation was spacious and had all the amenities we needed; laundry, tub, kitchenette, futons . Very clean, very comfortable. Appreciated the touches of POLA products, of local Shizuoka Green Tea, of being close to a Lawson's conbini. Actually wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend. I

Highly enjoyed our stay here, even though it was an unmanned hotel stay. Very sizable large room for two of us, enjoyed the space and the little balcony. Good touch with thr washer/dryer combo. Though it was a little bit of a walk to and from the stations but there was plenty to see/eat/drink. The sister hotel that helped with our receiving and sending of luggage was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience very easy.

The price is really good while the interior is extensive and fine! That's some surprise from living in a small city. This is like the largest hotel room I've slept during my trip in Japan.

The lights work in a weird logic. One has to figure out for a while. The bathroom and the toilet are separated, which is great; but the sink is in the bathroom somehow. I think it is supposed to be beside the toilet.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Washing machine available for personal use. Functional bathroom equipped with really useful drying option.

We got the first room on the ground floor, right next to the entrance as well as the elevator- automatically it was more noisy than normally during our stay in Japan. But thankfully it was not a problem during the night. There was only one shaded window in the room, which did not bring a lot of light inside, due to that room felt a bit like a basement.
