I absolutely adored the beds at the hotel! They were incredibly comfortable and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The plush bedding and soft pillows made for a truly luxurious sleep experience. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the effort the hotel put into ensuring their guests' comfort. Overall, the beds were definitely a highlight of my stay.

I'm pleased to say that everything during my stay was absolutely fine. I couldn't find anything to dislike about my experience. The hotel provided a wonderful and comfortable environment, and the services were top-notch. From the amenities to the staff's hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. It was truly a memorable stay with no negative aspects to mention.

The tiled shower floor in the Hotel Ibis in Los Mochis is much nicer. Detergent on sheets would be better if less fragrant.

Everything was great. Easy access, secure parking, good food in the restaurant.

The room needed some maintenance. There were holes in the ceiling and the shower pan was soft. It felt like it might give way, possibly dry rot underneath. Also, the pet fee was a lot more than I expected at 300 pesos per dog. We have two dogs, one is a medium sized dog (Beagle) and one is a Chihuahua and had to pay a pet fee for each dog even though the room would only need special cleaning or attention one time. Please comsider charging just one pet fee per room, or a smaller fee for the second dog.

The bed, the room lay out and the breakfast. The elevator was fast going up and down. The cleanliness.

No coffee pot in the room. No information provided about breakfast and hotel amenities. The shower - the water was great and the spray was great, but there was no way to get out of the spray whilst in the shower, making it hard to wash everywhere.

We’ve stayed there many times and it is consistently clean and comfortable for us. Beds were especially comfortable and welcoming after a travel day!

Lol, only one thing to improve would be two paper cups in the room for two people and not just one! Hardly worth mentioning, but since you asked!

I booked this hotel for the location, and the price. Breakfast was included. The rooms were a little small, but it was perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Big towels and HOT water.

There wasn’t any internet. I asked receptionist about it, and she basically said that’s the way it is, and continued to check in the next person.

Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Delicious b’fast choices! Very clean and easy stay.

My husband is an early riser and was downstairs when the restaurant opened. He said the music was blasting and very unpleasant for an early morning coffee and breakfast. Totally inappropriate. For morning it would be better to have no music at all.

The guy who was in charge of security outside the building was amazing and very nice he made sure nothing happened to our belongings in our car and went out of his way to wished us a happy trip

Small room and only 1 or 2 channels of English speaking on tv

The bathroom didn't have a stariner for the water, one of the lamps had a missing glass, the door security tab was broken and the door did not close properly.
