We requested a baby bed in advance on Booking.com, but the hotel hadn't received the request in advance. However, even though we arrived very late at night, they still were very helpful in locating and bringing a baby bed to our room. The breakfast was also very good with nice freshly prepared options like omelettes, Indonesian noodle soups, and savory rice porridge. There was also a little play corner for kids with some toys. The hotel is also across the street from an entrance to the Botanical Gardens, as well as a short walk down the street from the main mall in Bogor, which is very convenient.

The room was a very tight squeeze. With the addition of the baby bed there was only enough room for a small walking path and the refrigerator wasn't able to fully open.

We had to find a driver to bring us from Bogor to Malabar via the Puncak Pass during the anual Indonesian holiday. We were very lucky to have great support here from Deina at the IBIS reception desk. She worked very hard to make it happen and it did work out well. Thanks again Deina, you're the best!! At the entrance tasty juices are provided for free. We had an early breakfast that was excellent; quite Asia centered but with mouthwatering bubur! Kitchen went the extra mile to provide us with after dinner pineapple, which was actually not on the menu. Another great asset is the location of the hotel right next to the Royal Gardens.

Nothing to speak of. IBIS Bogor sets a hospitality standard that is better than other, similar hotels.

A good stay made great by some staff members! Especially Mr. Riandi, Mr. Ricky, and Ms. Chika from the Food & Beverages department, and by Ms. Deina, Mr. Dwi, and Mr. Andi from the reception were always very friendly and helpful! They seem to always be putting a lot of passion in their work day by day. By doing that they make a noticeable impact for the guests and thus their stay even more pleasant!

The location is pretty good as far as being in the center of Bogor. Everything was clean, the staff was sufficiently accommodating.

My only suggestion, as other similar hotels I've stayed at, is to have a small section in the lobby that sells cold drinks, perhaps snacks as well. We arrived late, appx 8pm, and one negative about Bogor is how incredibly hard it is to get food delivery after 8pm. Drivers are not very available even on a Saturday night. So we asked the staff if there's cold water/drinks we can buy. The only water available is the room temp glass bottles of water they provide for the room. We finally got a delivery at about 11pm, but if the hotel sold these items, we probably would've been fine until breakfast. Very frustrating!

The hotel is modern minimalist style. It’s brand new. Spacious lobby with friendly staff at the front desk and bell boy. They always smile and greet every time met at hotel area. Room was excellent, well designed and vibrant. WiFi connection amazing. Location is in the city center. Botanical garden, bank, mall and hospital are easy to reach in walking distance.

We chose ibis styles pajajaran for our hotel getaway because it has a comfortable family room, so the two kids get their own bed n tv but still so close with us. The housekeeping (special mention for @Randy was one of then) and room service team (@Ibrahim, @Fadhil) all have excellent hospitality and the warmest and biggest smiles, ready to help. We ordered the chocolava every evening coz its gooood. Pasta was perfectly al dente! Although the kids room do not have too many items, but the kids enjoyed playing the tabletop football away from their gadgets. We must say we looove the air conditioning system in the room: quiet, clean, and convenient. enabling il dolce far niente... just relaxing.

Unfortunately, the land for parking is super limited, so we had to wait a while to get the vallet to bring our car to the lobby. The laundry service is not always reliable and consistent yet. Had to call 3-4 times to ask for update on the status of the laundry but it wasnt clear what time they will get it to us :( Not sure why, but their sop buntut, kuah bubur ayam, soto, all were too salty, while the soto mie broth was full of chilly... ... ... maybe Indonesian soups are just not the hotel's forte? Cheering the hotel for the continous improvement

Staff super cute. Location is the best. Massage at late hour is convenient (not the best but inexpensive) but do not let the therapist believe that you are interested in sth else than healthy massage ;-)

I do not remember anything to complain, strange! But you know that ibis styles is a particular category so do not expect sth different.

Helpful friendly staff, bikes available to use and great location next to the Kebun Raya.

One morning the shower was running dirty brown water with black soil in it. It eventually ran clear but didn't smell good. Seems the hotel needs a good water filter installed to prevent this during rainy season.

We order family room which actually a 2 bedroom inside one room but only have one bathroom. The beds were comfy, the bathroom quite spacious, the water debit is OK with amount of hot water. The amenites quiet complete where they have a hairdryer attached in the bathroom. The room is pretty quite.

The TV channels don't have HBO nor Netflix though
