The room was exactly as I requested, which made my stay so much more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a lovely surprise snack platter on arrival! The location is perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk to the underground, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was not only diverse but also delicious, with so many options to choose from. Room service was impressively quick and professional, meeting every need effortlessly. Overall, this hotel offers truly exceptional value for the money.

The staff , especially the duty manager, Mr.UTKU TOZLUYURT, and the best receptionist, Miss Zahide. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from with the nicest staff .. My suite has an Ankamall view on the 12th floor . Special thanks to the bell boy Mr Kadir and Mr Mustafa. We loved our stay and extended it by a week and may be two .

The matrice is very hard, and I could feel the coils on my back every time I move and the pillows are not comfy. I had to buy one for myself .

We stayed in a junior suite facing Anka mall, which was very spacious and had a jacuzzi , a very nice touch . A special thanks to Miss Kubra , who helped us during our stay and made sure that the water temperature under the shower was fixed while taking a shower , it took maintenance 15 days to fix it . Thanks to Kadir and all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Maintenance usability to fix the minibar and ended up saying do not add more than 4 cans in it !!!!!

Great location, plenty of free parking out the front, 4min walk to one of Ankara's biggest shopping mall's next door. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price for a 5 star hotel.

Rooms was a bit outdated and tired. We were on level 12 so I can only comment on this floor, and the carpets in the corridor were starting to pull up from where the walls are, could do with a new carpet and a general upgrade as everything appears to be at least 20 years old. Had trouble with the TV in my room and finally gave up on it and switched it off.

I liked staff at the hotel, they are very kind and helpful. Moreover, each and every one of them acknowledge the current problems with the hotel and try their best to make your stay good. I would like to thank all of them, especially Olcay hanim. Also, their restaurant garden is amazing during summer.

Hotel is very old, and needs substantial renovation, which is in progress.

Amazing room: I was upgraded to an enormous junior suite on the 12th floor. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Great lifts (vital in a big hotel). Great location: easy access by car and right by the metro. Plentiful private parking. Good breakfast.

The shower head managed to soak the bathroom floor (needed replacing). The bathroom was integrated into the bedroom, rather odd arrangement. The aircon was difficult to control and made an intermittent loud noise during the night.

The location, the welcome and check in. Always cool water provided when we went out for the car journey. The breakfast and room service is very good. The Junior Suite is lovely with fab facilities

The staff were a little eager to clear away at breakfast, whether it be your plate. Also they took some of the food away before the 11am finish of breakfast. Our room card needed to be reprogrammed each day to make the lift work.

The staff were excellent. Professional, polite, helpful all the time. Room was of a good size - clean and very comfortable. Restaurant where breakfast was served is nice and the breakfast spread was excellent. Hotel was next to Ankamall - easy to get whatever you need.

We were there from Friday to Sunday. Traffic going in and coming out from the mall caused a massive jam. On sat evening, the last 300m or so to the hotel took us 45 minutes.

We booked 1422 which is very specious and exactly as in the pictures,but it was hot like hell , I suffered from the room temperature ,,Although they came and change a spare part and fix the AC but nothing changed Maybe due to the open space of the bathroom facilities ( in my opinion it’s old fashion to have that facility open) ventilation exhaust reduce the quality of the AC.Maybe isolating that area and with glass wall and fix the AC that could improve the suite smell also , and increase the privacy of using the bath and toilet

The manager of staff was very helpful and kind. The staff as well present the same behaviour. Cleanliness is very well established. Hotel is next to one of the largest shopping mall of Ankara and next to metro station as well.

One of the elevators always under maintenance, needs to be improved. Otherwise we were happy with the elevators. There is a a need for kids club.
