The hotel is eco-friendly,everything is new,the views are spectacular

When we came,there were crowds of people,children shouting,the check-in took a very long time though we had made a pre-check-in earlier It took a long time for staff to bring to our room what we’ve asked for And of course our wedding anniversary,we wrote about it before arrival,it was our main goal to visit this hotel,to relax and celebrate our anniversary,but unfortunately the hotel just brought us 4 strawberries…you don’t expect such service from a 5-star hotel

The property had all the facilities we required each day. The staff are truely amazing !! Everything we asked - they would accommodate. Plenty of eating options. Pool was gorgeous with an exceptional view. Bed was super comfy and the room terrific.

The ONLY thing we didn't like was - it is a little out of the way. There are no shops within walking distance. However - it was only a 5 minute cab ride to the shops.

A beautiful hotel with a mesmerizing view of the sea from the rooms and all areas of the hote, including the gym. It is a great choice of accomodation in Hong Kong, especially if you were on a vacation with your family, away from the hustle and bustle in the CBD areas of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.

No shops and reataurants around the hotel. However the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the Ocean Park MTR station, that was pretty convenient.

Comfort, size, and the price for the room upgrade. Also, the Panda robe and smaller slippers for my son was cute. He used both during our brief stay.

The drain plug for the bath tub in the bathroom didn't work (would not plug), so we had to use a towel while giving our son a bath. Also, there was a crack on the side of the shower that would cause some water to leak (on the toilet side), so we requested extra towels for the floor. We also didn't have hand towels to use, just the (very big) bath towels and smaller face towels. Not sure if that is something that the hotel doesn't provide in general.

Super child friendly 5 star hotel with a brilliant infinity pool looking out over the South China Sea and a mini waterpark for the little ones with a large team of lifeguards on duty during pool hours between 8am and 7pm. Food was excellent in the various restaurants ( we did not try them all) with an agreeably lively atmosphere in the main lounge area. Most if not all rooms look out over the sea and are of a high standard as one would expect in a 5 star facility. Our 5 year old enjoyed his stay particularly the pool and the soft play area (payable) and the little touches around the place such as the panda bears everywhere in the eating areas

Not the cheapest place to stay in HK, but you get what you pay for. No drinks allowed in the pool area which may be a minus for some, but as said the hotel is very much family orientated. Slightly out of the way but there is a half hourly free shuttle bus ( large coach) till late in the evening to take you to Ocean Park MRT from which it is only 1-2 stops to central HK

Bedroom was amazing with amazing views.Nice touch with the books etc.Very comfortable.All very functional. My shower Gel bottle was empty ,but that was my only complaint.

The light house was crazily packed.would advise you open your Italian restaurant as soon as possible.

The hotel is probably one of the best I have stayed in for a long time. Very comfortable, always clean, spacious. Great facilities, wonderful food, lovely views and the staff are fantastic and helpful.

Great view and room. Staff were attentive and friendly. Buffet was amazing with great choices.

Slightly inconvenient location but hotel provide shuttle bus every 30mins to Ocean Park station.

The room was incredible. The view was spectacular and the bed and furnishings - the linens and robes and towels very good - the food - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner & Tea were all outstanding. Excellent staff at every turn - room service and maids - concierge and check-in - restaurants and management - an incredible staff - leadership should be very proud.

We don't have a single suggestion to improve what we experienced. We stayed for four nights. You can learn so much about a location like the Fullerton in that time, and we have no suggestions to improve. That is an honest assessment.

The room is clean and looks new, with a stunning sea view. The room is also very spacious and bright. The renovation and decoration is warm and classy. It also has a sofa bed which can easily fit two kids, or even two adults. The breakfast is also of good quality, and the breakfast area also has a fantastic view.

The sound proofing of the room is not great; I could hear the noise from next door. The room doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which is for environmental reasons to save plastics. Understand this is for a good cause, and the hotel also provides alternative bottles and water dispenser along the corridor, but it is still somewhat not convenient, esp when you didn’t bring your own water bottle and you don’t want to use the ones provided by the hotel due to personal hygiene reason.
