Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Loved the shuttle buses, to Tung Chung and the airport. Loved the location and the shops across the road, really good laundromat next to the shops if you need to wash your clothes. The hotel did offer this service as well. Staff were very helpful and the swimming pool was great

excellent hotel and room space given the super price we got. i recommend as it is close to the airport. they offer shuttle to airport and MTR (train) station every 30min. breakfast buffet is a must, you got a discount when you book buffet a day before at the reception. the room was spacious and we got a nice view from the 16th floor. if i would say something, beds were a bit small for 2 adults but we may have not booked the bigger and pricy room given the fare. shops in front 7/23, couple of restaurants. you have also a bus station in front of the hotel that also take you to HK

We only stayed one night after a very late flight arrival. Receptionist was so cheerful even though it was 1.30am! She even managed to set up a late checkout which was a blessing as it meant we could have a lie in. We asked for a kids bed and it arrived within 5 mins. The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choice and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately a thunderstorm meant the pool was closed but we could see it from our window and it looked great. We went for a wander instead as my daughter wanted to see the ballroom. It was locked but a kind staff member opened it up so we could have a peak. This is a great hotel. High quality facilities and excellent staff. Practically it is 10 mins from the airport and so great for flight connections. You can also get into town easily via the shuttle bus to the MTR network. Great value for money if you are visiting and want to sight see but don't want to pay the crazy HK hotel prices in Central and TST.

Quiet with good water view, yet still very convenient with frequent and free shuttle service. The facilities were clean and modern, and the check-in and check-out process was handled friendly and professionally from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and stylishly designed, with a very comfortable and modern walk-in shower. The on-site restaurant was great, and my child especially loved the well-designed kids’ playground. Compared to Novotel Citygate Tung Chung, this hotel is far superior in every aspect—and surprisingly, even more affordable. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was excellent, but if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the café downstairs next to the check-in area. While the staff were friendly, the coffee could be better, and the café itself could use a more stylish and modern layout to better match the high standard of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is very clean. The kids loved the kids play room and pool area. Our room was also neat. We enjoyed their late night room service meals. It was really comfortable to stay in. The hotel is 7 minutes away from the airport and 12 minutes to Disneyland via Grab app. They have a free shuttle service to the airport and the cable cart rides. Staff is really friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants around the area too and a small 7/11.

Restaurant is a bit pricey. But overall Hong Kong is expensive anyway so it was expected.

Excellent hotel near to the airport offering shuttle services in every 30 minutes to the airport and metro station, The staff especially Mr Vishnu, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from arranging transportation to accommodating late check-out. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a diverse range of international cuisines. The room was impeccably clean, and the modern design added a touch of elegance. Overall, the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

Would have given a higher rating but unfortunately the wifi is one of the worse I have encountered for a five star hotel. I could only send whatsapp messages because the network could not support picture or video exchanges which was sorely disappointing. I could not even scroll social media like instagram or tiktok and had to resort to using my own data plan which defeated the purpose of wifi… I was here for leisure but imagine needing to send files via email or zoom meetings? Forget it…

Had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The buffet was honestly one of the best I’ve had so far — especially the truffle mashed potatoes… just wow. Absolutely unforgettable. What really stood out was the staff’s flexibility and hospitality. They kindly extended my late check-out, which made catching my flight so much more convenient — no unnecessary waiting at the airport. Little touches like that make all the difference. Will definitely stay here again!
