Lateef the owner and host was amazing. He was kind and generous and was very helpful with booking our excursions.He was always available for us but was in no way intrusive. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was reliable and cool. The room had a safe and a refrigerator which was very helpful.The breakfasts were plentiful and alternated between a continental breakfast and a traditional Maldivian breakfast, which was definitely our favourite and so tasty. Breakfast always included fruit and lots of it. We were encouraged to treat the hotel as our home and we could make tea and coffee whenever we wanted. Bottled mineral water was always available. The hotel only has three rooms which really added to it's appeal as it was more like a home.

The hot water in the shower could be more reliable.

From the moment we arrived, Lateef made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. His warm hospitality and attention to detail ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfasts were amazing — from delicious continental options to authentic Maldivian dishes. Lateef was incredibly accommodating, even preparing a breakfast to go on our last day since we had an early ferry. The rooms were very comfortable : exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with hot water shower, air conditioning, and a fan. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of the island, making everything just a short 3 to 5-minute walk away. Moodhumaa Inn exceeded all expectations, offering not just comfort but also genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Maldives. Thank you Lateef ! 💙

This guest house is really amazing. I came here for 3 nights as a solo female traveler and it was perfect. The room is good size and very very clean. There is AC, TV, wifi, and breakfast included. They give you 2 towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water. You can book the speedboat from Male’ airport through them (it should be 25$) and then they pick you up at the harbor. The bikini beach it’s just like 3/4 mins away. The owner, Latif, is a really nice man and he made me feel at home preparing breakfast every morning for me and helping me with any questions I had. I also booked the excursions through Latif (swimming with nurse sharks and sea turtles, both highly recommended). Plus, i texted them a lot the weeks prior asking many questions since i was a little bit anxious as it was my first time doing an experience like this alone and they gave me all the informations i needed. The island itself is beautiful but this guest house made the experience much better for sure. Thank you Latif and the team for the wonderful costumer service! Tip: if you want to buy souvenirs I recommend you to go to “Felice shop”. The owner is most of the time in front of this guest house and he is a really good person that also speaks so many languages, he is really nice to talk to and maybe ask some advices in your language!

Highly recommend this fantastic accommodation. We stayed for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. The owner, Mr Latif, is the most incredibly kind, helpful and well respected man on the island community. The accommodation was impeccable clean, the ensuite equipped with all amenities such as kettle, tea and coffee, beach towels etc. At the reception were lots of albums with a wide variety of excursions, unfortunately due to the bad weather we weren’t able to enjoy any. Every morning we had the delicious Mas huni, the local breakfast, and the fantastic fruit platter. I also got opportunity to spend time with Mr Latif and his family and they are all incredible people. I’m ever so grateful that they showed me the local kindness. We will definitely come back, especially because I ran out of the local fruit Mr Latif gave me as a farewell present.

Excellent service, always clean accommodation with plenty of space and all the attention we had from the staff. Gurajdo is a wonderful island with a beautiful beach and wonderful people at every turn. I booked another hotel on another island and finally decided on this one. I wasn't wrong. It is only a few minutes away from the beach. We had all the information at our disposal and help whenever we needed it. I recommend this accommodation. You will make the best choice.

Everything was very good in this guest house! The best guest house on the island. If you are thinking, where to stop, then definitely choose Moodhumaa Inn. Very friendly administrator of property, which will help you with everything. Beautiful building outside. Property inside is very clean. Breakfast has 2 options: continental and Maldivian. Island is very beautiful, amazing beach, in the port all the time swimming manta rays and nurse sharks! Highly recommending the island and especially accommodation!

The best room I have booked. Bed really comfortable, all the furniture and equipment are new and clean. I booked at last moment in the night and I got fast response, and nice welcome. The owner was really nice and concerned of what I needed. I got a good breakfast early in the morning and without asking I got a service to transfer to the ferry. The hotel is close to restaurants and tour services, just a few steps to the harbour you can see sting rays and nurse sharks! Thanks for everything!

The BEST accommodation in the Maldives!!! Lateef was suuuuuper super helpful and kind with us in all the moment! The room was so so clean and comfy. And the breakfast is delicious!! The room is spacious and clean, the house is well decorated, all is beautiful, short way to the beach and the tourist beach is just excellent (I think it's a new beach because the beach on the small island is not there anymore, but the other beach is just wonderful). The owner of the guest house is a very nice person, it's the best impression among all the guest houses visited on Maldives. I highly recommend this place.

The best hospitality I have ever experienced! We were in this hotel for a week. I work online, the hotel has excellent Wi-Fi for this. The room is spacious, bright, with powerful air conditioning. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the beach for tourists. The host prepares a very tasty Maldivian breakfast, highly recommend. A summer terrace has recently opened, where the owner gave us a romantic evening for two:) Food, atmosphere and music were magical. The host will help with transport to the island and to the hotel. I recommend it wholeheartedly, you won't regret it!
