10a.m. MTCC public ferry from Male to Maafushi MVR53/pax. 1.5hour ferry ride. Hotel is 3 minute walk from Maafushi pier. From the pier, turn right & walk straight along the harbour. Hotel is located in front of the harbour, so there's no need to walk all over the island to find this hotel. Clean rooms & bathrooms. Good buffet breakfast. There's iCom Dolce Vita cafe in front of hotel where we had dinners. iCom Tours provide good tour packages, with professional photographers for swimming with sharks. Hotel buggy sent our bags to the pier after check-out. Good service.

Bed is small. Breakfast starts at 7a.m. which is a little late since we need to catch the 7.30a.m. public ferry to Gulhi & Male. MTCC public ferry from Maafushi to Male is 22MVR/pax (less than USD2), very cheap. Just buy tickets on the ferry when the ferry arrives.

From arrival on boat at marina the staff were very lovely and accommodating and took your bags ahead to the hotel for you, very friendly and always happy to help. The view from my room was spectacular and it was very clean and modern. The AC worked very well too. The location is slightly out of the main area but a 5 minute walk from supermarkets and excursion booths. Restaurants are all well within a 10 minute walk with some right beside the hotel.

The parrots outside can be very loud, if you are a light sleeper and staying on the ocean view side you might need to bring some earplugs

The service was very wonderful, the employees are always smiling...and the person really feels completely comfortable and safe

Nothing really But perhaps the breakfast food you encounter in most hotels as they cannot please everyone.. but the special thing about this hotel is that there is someone who fries eggs directly for you, which was enjoyable for me.

A really enjoyable stay, great location, 5min walk to bikini beach and main bulk of restaurants etc. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Reception area/bathroom could do with an upgrade but generally good value for money. Disappointing that I booked a free cancellable rate but was unable to change my stay to one night less without the tariff doubling. The hotel staff were not helpful with this request at all. It was also slightly disappointing given that we needed to pay for a night that we were not staying and for breakfast a morning we were not there, that they wouldn't let us have breakfast the morning we arrived! Overall, these are the only reasons for dropped points and we would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely and helpful staff and the omelette at breakfast was really good. Very comfy bed. One morning we had to leave early and they made us a breakfast to go.

The chained parrots outside the hotel were very sad. Not sure why they were there.

The location was very good and relaxing

We waited for 3 hours at the airport for speedboat because our flight was 15 minutes delayed

The staff is so helpful but there some confusion problem during the check-in process but acceptable. The information about the daily tour from the hotel desk is a little unclear, need to check with iCom Tour directly should be get more clearer information.

Our room is in front of the hotel on the 2nd floor so we can hear the voice from the parrot almost all the day time that we stayed at the hotel, but this not the big deal for us. The water of the hotel is like the soft water so it a little harder to wash the soap out but I think this is not the hotel fault as I stayed at another hotel and the water is like the soft water as well.

The staff were so amazing and the room was great - very comfortable and clean with a tv well connected to internet for when you want to watch some streaming. The location is great just a short walk from excersions and the bikini beach and main food places and much better value than the larger hotels. Very easy to organise tours with icomm while staying here too with the ability to book through until 10/11pm when the main office may not be open.

The stuff was really amazing, everyone was always at disposal and ready to help. We had every day new beach towels, room was cleaned daily, they helped us with organizing the field trips as well as the ferry from the Airport. We payed for the breakfast and the dinner, and we liked that most of the days we had an option to choose from the restaurant menu what to eat for dinner

The rooms were not as spacios as it seemed on the photos. The food for breakfast and for the dinner (when it was a buffet) was good, but not so adapted to the European food...

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large enough and plenty of storage space. The staff is very nice and professional.

The refrigerator did not work properly and there is no stand on the balcony to dry your clothes. Unfortunately the biggest setback is water pressure and temperature, especially around 17:00 when people come back from the beach. It is hard to impossible to take a shower.
