Clean and pretty property, helpful staff and a very good breakfast spread.. It’s close to the best beaches and rift across the dock for the boats..

The place is good however it’s nothing like the photos outside.. there’s new construction going on both sides of the hotel so the side rooms do not have any ventilation. We got a room with a window but we couldn’t open it at all as there was a building under construction almost touching our window..

The staff was really kind specially the guys at the restaurant. They were always able to help us when we requested non spicy food for our kids and all that we had was very yummy. Breakfast had several options and nice homelets and we had also food from the menu for lunch or dinner which was very tasty and yummy. The room was nice and cozy The tour I took through them was in a note old boat but very comfortable and the guides were very friendly and kind so I enjoyed. The guy at the reception always tried to help us and understood our point of view

The bed sheets and pillow cases look old and Extra bed was not comfy The management doesn't look very interested on the customer service. Requesting a extra towel looks like it was a big deal despite we were 3 they only wanted to give us 2 towels. They only activate the package for the tv after 4 days requesting it and kept saying yes we will work on that but kept us waiting. Internet was also off for 2 days

Staff are absolutely fantastic. Dinal was terrific with info before I even arrived so I felt very supported to navigate speedboat transfers and so on. Everyone I had contact with was great from very charming breakfast omelette chef to handyman chap who (unfortunately)I had to call on a few times to sort some things in the room. Food and beverage prices very reasonable and some good tour options with discounts due to staying at hotel. I was able to use a room after I checked out to have a shower after a day trip on the water before getting the boat back to Male which was great. Thanks!

Facilities just weren’t quite right. Issues with AC, shower, TV. All dealt with very well by handyman mentioned above but TV never did work and i didn’t like ‘having’ to ask for things to be sorted. The hotel could benefit from checking each room’s facilities before guest arrival to avoid this issue.

Great staff. Excellent and hard working ones. We specially appreciate the help and involvement to make our vacation even nicer for Appu (still learning at reception desk but very nice and warm person - sure a good receptionist soon), Roshen in the hotel restaurant for everyday work to make everyone's experience ever better - this hard working and also client dedicated Roshen deserves all our appreciation, also Shaffu for trips recomandation, lessons about the local maldivian life and culture and taking care for everyone to feel nice in the hotel space. Great staff value for the payment in this hotel.

The hotel furniture is quite old and the plumbing system making all kind of noises.

All the rest was excellent

New 10 floors building under construction exact next to the hotel, which isn't on the picture. Mosque very close to hotel (loud preyer 5 Times per day)

The hotel was in a great location near the port and close to Bikini Beach ( the island is Tiny, tho). Food in the hotel was okay. Staff were very attentive and very helpful.

Bathroom leaked a little and they are currently building next to the hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Crystal Sands. The staff was super nice and the hotel itself is quite accommodating. They let us check in much earlier than the original check in time. We enjoyed the breakfast, even though it did not have that much variety, the food was delicious. We also took advantage of the excursions they were offering and really enjoyed them.

We were expecting more from the room - it didn't look as fancy as the photos, most of the furniture was a bit old. The room was overall quiet, but the muslim prayer a few times a day was quite audible - specifically at night at 5 am, it was always waking us up.

Very good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with local and international options. Room cleaned regularly. Good location in Maafushi.

Very peaceful place, very quite, very good location. very best staff at all service desks, very supportive and cooperative. Special thanks to Reception team Ms. Chelsa and Ms. Dineshike, Delicious food prepared by Chef Sandun and Team, very good attentive housekeeping team and to Mr. Dinesh. Entire hotel management and team were very professional and extended their services which allow guest to visit again. Location of hotel was very convient near boat pickup point. Everything was very accessible. There was a small shop which supplies everydays small needs.

Nothing is there to put in developmental comments, everything was very well organized and arranged to keep the guest happy.

The location is amazing, and the staff is so lovely special thanks to the team they are so friendly, kind, and sunshine. Highly recommended 👌
