The room was very clean and everything was new. There is a nice balcony and a very big lobby that can be used as well. The area is very safe for walking in the compound even at night.

There is no restaurant in walking distance, the host recommended us to go to a nearby country club but sadly the security said it is members only. The host was very insistent trying to sell tours. His father was very nice but the son tried every day even though we told him there is no need and we have friends here. On the last day while we were waiting for our Uber he convinced us to use the car that was bringing the cleaning lady, we agreed to pay 50 pounds even though uber was 38, and still the driver had the nerve to ask for more money upon arrival. We were given our room key but not the key to the main entrance, and the host was asking all the time when we leave, when we come back etc. which is not pleasant because we want to come and go whenever, not plan in advance.

The members of the staff were very polite, kind and caring. I was late to my check in amd they called me to make sure that everything was alright. (Instead of assuming that I was not comming) I needed medicine because I had an eye surgery the same day I checked in and they went and brought it for me. I was hungry and they ordered food for me. They organised me a trip to the piramids as well for £85 which included transport tour guide and lunch. I mentioned that I needed sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun during the piramids trip and they got me the sunglasses. They were very respectful and they made sure I had whatever I needed which I found impressive. Overall I had an excellent experience.

New and safe compund, brand new rooms, good wifi, fairly clean overall. good location next to Giza. Big shoutout to Mr Mustafa whos been really kind and helpful. Overall a great stay.

bit difficult to reach by Uber (some drivers dont know the area) and shower wasnt working properly. nothing too serious

Very spacious room, prompt and friendly service . everything was amazing. The place is amazing very nice room bed and service , the staff . the rooms are big and very comfortable. everything i request they bring fast. price is also good. location is great. security very high. all facilities are Great. i will always come to this hotel and never change. one more amazing thing u will have a heavy and nice blanket during winter time.

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Walking distance to New Grand Egyptian Museum when it opens, but quite a long way to walk to 'central' Giza. Very helpful owners and staff. Nice TV with USN/HDMI so you can bring your own movies!

No bedside light so you can read at night without getting out of bed to turn off the light!

High recommended 👌 what a fantastic and great place very clean and comfortable place and staff make feeling in my home staff very good they make to me very nice tours with special prices very close to pyramids area just 13 minutes with car they give me 2 gifts nile cruise and safari tour 😀 I recommend it and I will come again with more people🥰

Staff extremely helpful. Waited for us when we arrived at 04:30. Allowed extrra late breakfast and check out. Good swimming pool and comfortable beds.
