It was a nice hotel in a beautiful area very clean comfortable beds only downside! we checked in before time and when we tried to dine we where told no even tho service hadn’t ended and there where people eating and plenty of table availability.

24 he concierge means you can arrive late from the airport, but you need a car. perfectly placed to hop up to the ski resorts after breakfast for a full days skiing. Breakfast was good value.

The garden rooms are not as welcoming as the rooms in hotel, clean and functional. Room was a little cold.

The breakfast was nice as was the location which was ideal for a ski stop off near the 3 valleys

We were put in a room that was away from the main hotel building and described as a suite. It was very clinical and reminded me of a hospital ward. The room was not carpeted, there were no tea or coffee making facilities and for some reason there was a kitchenette in it. I would not have wanted to stay in that room for any length of time as it was dreary and like somewhere they send diseased patients to keep them away from other guests.

Great location with a nice view, close to Mutiers and highway. Spa is also very nice

A residence room has 2 single beds that fold into the wall and though are not connected. the light was broken, the oven was extremely old and did not work, the curtain was half ripped off, the shower head was broken and not fastened properly. the cleanliness of the room was below par. Dust and dirt everywhere, plates and utensils washed but still with signs of previous use.
