We had a great experience. We (couple + 13 yr old child) stayed there for 3 nights. Location is perfect. Most of the tourist destinations are easily accessible. Airport and Train station are not too far. The room size is decent with a good-sized washroom (bath and toilet are separate) with an attached bathtub. The food served at breakfast and in the dining room has several options and delicious. Highlight was a great view of the riverfront/river. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were courteous and helpful. Will definitely consider this hotel if we ever visit again.

Great location The staff of the hotel was incredibly welcoming ,very friendly and helpful throughout our stay . Easy check-in .Beds are super comfortable. Extremely clean room.Breakfast and dinner spread was fantastic. Every bite was a journey to a world of flavor. Loved paobhaji,Thai curry ,desserts .Thank you for the incredible meal. The food in the hotel is the secret for our extended stay .Would like to thank Chef Shashi and Chef Jagdish for the excellent and sumptuous food .Special thankx to Geeta for taking care of everything during breakfast and dinner time .Overall we enjoyed the stay and will be visiting again.Amazing view from Terrace .

Location of the property, very cooperative staff, very good service and food.

One thing I disliked the most was, after you are given the entry card to your room nobody is supposed to enter your room but here any staff member can access the room with duplicate card in your absence which happened in our case. This was a serious security concern, but probably it seems they realised it and kept a small sweets bowl in the room for us to know about it.

The restaurant was amazing. The food was very delicious and the staff was very cooperative. We especially thank Bhoomika for giving the best service to us and special thanks to the chef for making such a good food

Housekeeping staff was not proper. When we checked in the room everything was missing especially slippers, bathrobes, the shampoo, soap and conditioner bottles were empty and after our repeated requests it was not filled. Towels were old and smelling bad. The front desk staff was also not efficient. They were extremely slow

Their genuine care and attentiveness made my parents feel truly valued as guests. The location of hotel was also perfect for exploring the city. With its convenient proximity to attractions and dining options, my parents were able to make the most of their time in the area without any hassle. Overall, my parents had a fantastic experience at hotel , thanks to the comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and prime location. The staff in restaurant were excellent especially the chef and asst chef, the very best in class . Always welcoming, every request was well attended. Service with a smile. Congrats to the the manager, chef and all the staff. Great teamwork when they were busy . Real pleasure to deal with. Just for them i would give 10 out of 10. Thanks guys.

I had to ring a number of times for room service. It was difficult to understand them and when asked to speak to the manager the phone went blank . A number of times no one picked up the phone. This happened a number of times hence my comment. The reception staff was a mixture of attitude. The check in staff did not make us feel feel welcome, no smile and little eye contact. This is 4/5 star hotel and I would expect the staff to be a lot more responsive to customer needs. The conciergerie was difficult to contact as the desk was always empty. The real stars were the staff outside who helped with luggage and helpful info. They were always delighted to assist.

We stayed here for one night after an international flight so were tired and ordered masala khichdi from their in room dining menu, trust me anyone who goes there should eat it, its THE MOST delicious khicdi in the world, without a doubt! I would say it would be worth visiting this hotel for that khicdi alone!

We did not eat much of the breakfast though it was delicious, did not have an appetite so we asked one of the staff if they could pack two packs one from my friend and one for me as we were traveling seperatly from that point and we asked for just two things, the staff informed me two packs are not allowed, he gave us one and was really stingy with packing the food. 5 stars are known for their customer service this one went stingy on us!

Great rooms recently renovated

Porter service very poor at arrival. 90 minute wait for our bags for two of the four rooms in our group. All staff just standing around and not interested in delivering bags to rooms even after several reminder calls. We decided to take our bags ourselves and wished we had done so immediately after check in rather than wait and keep calling guest services who seemed powerless to act. More efficient at time of check out

This hotel was an absolute delight! The breathtaking view and delectable food made it a truly memorable experience. The room service was equally impressive, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for another stay!

It was good to meet a pleasant staff at the reception and a good and efficient F & B team . The services were not compromised but there was hardly any visible staffing at the breakfast buffet The staff overall in all the various departments was polite, courteous and well mannered which was a good experience. The restaurant, lobby and rooms had a good asthetic decor and was pleasing to the eye.

The corridors were musty, damp smelling and were hot and the air-conditioning was probably spoilt / switched off. As soon as one entered the property into the lobby, there was severe paint smell The mini bar was missing and the refrigerator was stocked with 2 bottles of water .
