Location is perfect for an extended stay. Grocery store only 3 blocks away. A few good restaurants also in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom was quiet. Easy Uber pick up and drop off. Great pool for lap swimming.

Not enough wall/door hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for hanging wet bathing suit and hand washing. Laundry machines require small change. Add steamer basket to kitchen utensils. Motion sensor for electricity placed in wrong location. Had to walk too far into room in total darkness before it would activate. No monthly discount for 3 to 6 month stay.

Considering the total cost per day of accommodation and considering that we were 4 (in 2 rooms), we thought that coffee capsules could be made available (as is the case in other international hotels). The sink soap was not replaced. In the end, it seemed to us that small things created a negative experience, which seemed like a very small saving for the hotel and could represent a big loss for the guests.

After a long international trip, we arrived at the hotel at 10 am. We knew that the check-in time was around 3 pm. We left and returned at 1 pm, exhausted, and asked if they could kindly check us in 2 hours early. They didn't allow us to do so, and when 3 pm arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who had no empathy or politeness whatsoever. We have her name, but I don't think it's necessary. Just look at the staff member who checked us in on December 27th for rooms 708 and 803. We had also asked to stay on the same floor. The staff member didn't answer any of our questions or expectations. She seemed to be working very reluctantly and told the colleague next to her that she didn't want to be at the reception.

Everything about this property was beyond exceptional! The location, the value, size of the rooms, self laundry facilities, restaurant and ALL the staff from Managers to Maintenance were all amazing and accommodating! Big up to Nicholas, Jenney and all the staff! We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

That’s hard to say, because I cannot find one negative about the property. Even if the rooms were a bit chilly, you can ask for extra blankets and they will bring it for you.

Location was convenient (close to metro and bus). Free parking. Clean and helpful staff. Spacious apartment with dedicated work space. The restaurant onsite is fairly priced compared to nearby restaurants.

For the price it would be nice if they had a dishwasher. Or at least a hot water kettle. There were non stick pots in the kitchen but they’re all scratched.

the rooms were spacious and secure. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city. The staff were amazing, helpful and kind.

Our booking had 4 rooms and I wish we were all on the same floor. Plus two members of our party arrived early and could not get in without my permission, which we did not know until they were there and I was still on the plane. I wish that had been communicated ahead of time when we spoke with the staff previous to our arrival.

Excellent attentive staff. They all spoke and understood English which was very helpful. The accommodations were great! We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with kitchen & living area. It suited our needs perfectly.

There was one nice grocery store nearby but most nice restaurants were not in walking distance.

I like how the staff was very willing to assist. Room service and breakfast along with the staff was excellent. Room attendant was available for assistance always.

We like this hotel apartment. Very beautiful room with kitchen.we went to supper market and made a soup after long journey. Great view- clean- nice staff- front desk help us to book a day tour in last minute.

The staff was friendly, the entire property was clean and we appreciated the gated parking. The bartender was great and made awesome drinks.

Large spacious rooms- definitely better than your average hotel room- more of a small apartment. Clean, nice pool- location easily accessible by uber from the airport.
